The media could not be loaded. I have used this press for about 10 sublimation tumblers so far. The very first cup I did, the smell of the press was HORRIBLE. My whole house smelt like whatever chemical was burning off of here. It took about 5-6 cups to get it to a bearable smell. I can still smell it slightly, but hoping by 15-20 cups you wont be able to smell it anymore. I also noticed the screen was already scratched up as well. With this being my first heat press, I do find it super easy to use and set the time and temp. Im sure this is normal, but it fluctuates about a 10 degree difference. Sometimes seems like it gets stuck heating until it finally lets up (for example I have mine set to 350, and it will get stuck on warm until it gets to 360, then will turn off). I will say it does warm up pretty quickly ... show more

This is my first cup press to try, and I am so glad I got this one! These are the only two cups I have ever made, and thanks to this press they came out perfect. This press was worth the money, and I think it’s a great first cup press.

    • Works great but ours off a terrible smell

This little heat press works great and produces beautiful results. The problem is the smell. Upon opening the box the machine put off a terrible smell that filled the whole house before even plugging it in and trying it. When it heats up it smells even worse. I’m not talking about the smell of the ink. I’m talking about the machine itself before you even put anything into it. To use it I have to close the door to the room I’m in, open the window, and turn in a fan to keep it from making the entire house smell bad. Even with an open window and fan blowing across the unit and out the window the smell is strong enough to give you a headache and takes hours to clear out of the room once the unit has been turned off. I am waiting for the ink to come in so I have not tried it yet. The picture is misleading as the samples did not come with it. Also, the directions online shown with product are different than the ones I received with the product.

This is a game changer! I can make 12-30 oz tumblers in 60 seconds. If doing a full wrap just turn it after 60 seconds for an additional 30 seconds and tumblers come out great! There are bad reviews about how hard it is to open after it's done. It's not. Just adjust with your tumbler in it before you turn it on. If it is hard when trying to open just loosen a little with the knows. Never had a tumbler turn out badly. It works for every size tumbler I have! ... show more
