I love the rustic brown color of the finish, it has a lot of character and the warm aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for in my office. The finish appears to be printed but also has texture added to it which adds to the look and feel. Without looking closely, you wouldn’t realize it’s a printed finish. The build quality is pretty solid. The top of the desk is 3 separate pieces of wood (MDF I believe), held together with brackets. If I press hard where the pieces are joined I can feel some give/flex, but nothing that concerns me. The legs, brackets, connectors, etc., are all made of metal which is great. The casters/wheels are a hard plastic… they could be a little better but they work fine and I was able to move the desk across my office with everything (monitors, etc.) already in place on the desk. Switching between a height for sitting and a height for standing can be done in about 10 seconds and the motor is very quiet - much quieter than I expected. Saving presets (up to 3 presets) is easy and being able to press a single button to switch to your preset height is convenient. Putting the desk together took probably 1-1.5 hours by myself. I could see it taking longer for someone who hasn’t put together furniture before, but for 2 people working together it could go quicker. The box arrived a little beat up, but I was very pleased with how well packaged the desk was and I couldn’t find a single mark or scratch on any component. I work from home for most of the time and I need to sit in front of the laptop during the work. Sometimes I feel tired when I am working and want to stand for a while for work. After talking with my friend he recommended me to buy a standing desk. After some searches on Amazon I decided to try this one because it has a lot of space and the casters would make it more easily to move. After using it for several days I am very happy with this purchase. It is of high quality. It meets my expectations and let me stand to work for a while every day and should let me keep healthy and fit. The installation is very straightforward by following the assembly instructions.
