Nice desk for the money. I purchased the 47" long L shaped desk. Instructions were clear and understandable. Solid desk with no wobbles. It's not the best but not the worst desk. My son's 19.5 inch gaming tower would not fit so we had to sacrifice a shelf but that's fine and it's still stable due to the metal cross supports. The height of the desk is average and fits a gaming chair at the lowest seat height setting. The 40" size may not fit a large gaming chair just keep that in mind The look of the desk is nice and it came perfect with no flaws, chips or cracks. The desk was semi-easy to install. It can get confusing with all the holes since it can be built with the L shape on the left or right. Desk feels pretty sturdy I’d say but nothing special. I really like that there’s a plug directly on the table.

I have been using this desk for a while now, and it is definitely way better than others in its price range and higher. It is much more spacious and strong than I expected. I am able to fit a 60-inch curved monitor, PS5, Keyboard, and Mouse, and much more, with space still available and able to handle all the weight. It was decently easy to assemble the desk, the screws were good quality, and the holes were all in the right spot and the right size. What makes this desk a good buy is how surprisingly sturdy it is. It's not heavy duty by any means but there's no wobble and will accommodate a reasonable load just fine. Assembly was easy and most importantly, things line up properly with holes accurately drilled. Time will tell how this holds up.
