I don't like writing reviews for something I recently bought just in case the product doesn't really hold up as advertised. This BONTEC 3-Level One Step Stool is an exception because it really is rugged. From my initial uses of it, I cannot imagine my opinion will change. If any part becomes defective, I will update this review because I keep track of what I review, and I do not want any product being represented in the wrong way. For the most common houseroom ceiling sizes, this adds just enough rise to reach and change ceiling lights, smoke detectors, and ceiling fans. add decorations along ceiling lines, and even put up and take down holiday decorations outside the home. The four legs easily unfold, and each can be extended (three positions). Likewise, each leg can be easily folded back (shorten any extending you did to fit). If you do not want to store it in the box, it is easy to move around because there is a strap handle on one of the long sides.

Perfect height for giving that extra little “step-up,” without making me feel like I’m going to fall off and risk an injury. Wide, rubberized platform is sturdy. My new bed is very high, so I use one to step up so I don’t strain myself. Now my husband has one on his side too! And we have another one in the kitchen to reach items on the top shelf of the cabinet.

Product seems stable, it is compact and the height is easily adjustable. To be a 5 star product I believe the product needs to have the legs fold in regardless of their length as they only fold in the shortest position. Other than that, the product meet my expectations, it was described accurately and delivery was on time.

Using this at the door of our RV. Had a cheap (less than $10) one, but sometimes it was too high for the site we were camping at and sometimes it was too low. It was not adjustable and was a pretty big step just to get onto it. This adjustable one with three settings is perfect and just what we needed. It is well built and sturdy. Folds flat for storage and even has a handle on the side to pick it up and move it with. I highly recommend this step.
