Usually purchase between 9.5 and 10 wide width shoes from torrid. Purchased these in a10 and they fit perfectly, lengthwise and width wise. Color is as pictured, I am not on my feet all day but will still get foot pain if my shoes are too flat, these have been okay, no problems so far.
