This is such a beautiful interactive kitchen that fits well into a small space. The wood is really excellent quality, it’s heavy and smooth! We ordered the green one and it’s a beautiful soft sage. We had read the reviews here and knew going into assembly that none of the parts would be labeled. I highly recommend taking the extra time to label the pieces before you get started. We used post-it notes and a sharpie, it took us an extra 10 mins on the front end but saved us a lot of time and sanity. We were also able to verify that we had every piece that way. There are 40+ pieces if you count the accessories, and that was daunting, but they were each packaged nicely, and we found that the pre-drilled holes were super clean and in the right spots for everything to line up nicely. By the end of assembly, it was a super sturdy kitchen! This was a birthday gift for our one year old, and it took my husband and I less than 2 hours to build in that calm part of the evening after our little was asleep for the night, and that was taking our time too, having tea and breaks etc. We made some modifications for a younger child, including un-installing the door latches. Those doors REALLY stick shut with the latches, we were practically tipping the whole piece over trying to open them. The other thing we did was elect out of the range hood for now. We may install it later, but for now he can’t reach that high anyway and it frees that shelf for storage, saves batteries, and simplifies things. It was a huge hit when our newly 1 year old woke up and found it in the playroom. He’s been playing with it all morning, pressing the buttons, finding the features. We were so happy the kitchen came with so many extras. He loves the lights and sounds, ice cubes, the pot and pan, and the wooden utensils. I love that the kitchen starts small enough that a newly 1 y/o can reach the counter, but also has risers and can grow. All in all, so happy we picked this one out of a sea of options, to me it has a perfect blend of good quality, kitchen stations, interactiveness, nice aesthetics, and storage capacity, all in a small space.

So glad I went with this kitchen after tons of searching! I wanted something mostly made of wood, aesthetically pleasing, interactive, good size but not taking up too much space, and can be used for several years as little one grows. This kitchen offers all of that and at a great value. My almost 14 month old son loves this kitchen and can use all the interactive features of it. He plays independently with it several times a day and it gives me time to clean up/cook as we have it right at the end of our kitchen counter along the wall so he can see me and I see him perfectly. They do provide a wall anchor to make it safe, because although it’s small, if they do tug, climb or pull on it hard enough, it could possibly tip over especially on carpet, and it is quite heavy. Overall very pleased, buy it!!

This is an amazing little play kitchen and my kid is very happy with it. There are a few things you should know before buying it. - this is delivered entirely disassembled, it took me around two hours to put everything together. - the actual delivered version requires a total of six aaa batteries that you need to have in advance, and change the batteries after it is assembled is more work (but possible). If you look online for videos on assembly this kitchen used to have some internal different battery (lithium?) but the current delivered product is different, I prefer the aaa batteries since they are easier to replace. - The images and some descriptions mention wooden version of the included vegetables, but the actual delivered vegetables are made of plastic. I actually prefer the plastic ones since they are less dangerous when the kid decides to throw them, but the pics need to be updated. - the previous version used to have magnets in the doors, which I think may be problematic in some situations, but the actual delivered product instead uses simple plastic pins that attach when the doors are closed, which I think is actually safer. - the images here and some assembly videos will show Allen screws, but the actually delivered product instead relies only on Philips screws which are easier to have the proper portable screwdriver to handle. - the screws and some plastic small items are all named and delivered in the proper necessary quantities in a plastic package with divisions that is very nice. The wooden parts are not identified, but they are reasonably different and recognizable from pictures. - there is a small set of spares properly labeled “Spares” for the screws, in case you lose a single one while assembling this. - the light of the hood extractor is not really visible if there is any light in the room, if this functionality is meant to be included it should be made different or playful with colored lights or some other approach. - I thought the ice cubes are too small, they are at the limit between being problematic if put in the mouth, I guess each one will have their own opinion on this. Overall this is a nice play kitchen and one aspect that my kid seems to enjoy is that the sound of “stainless” pan makes with the wooden spoons and all sounds like the real thing. Also the oven opens to the side instead of down, don’t know if this is better or worse just thought it was something of note.

Purchased last December for our 1 1/2 year old girl and she absolutely loves it even today. One of the first things she goes to when she wakes up is either her kitchen set or the pots and pans to cook with. Only thing that has broken on it is the plastic faucet and that was all my doings. Some of the wood has cracked and one or two boards may have had small crack to it but all in all I put it together (takes a while plan for 2hrs+) just like it came it’s lasted close to year so far no issues. Ice maker is one of my daughters favorite thing about it. She rarely uses the buttons for the lights and sfx but that hasn’t taken away from all the hours and consecutive days she has played with it since last Christmas. Only maintenance it has required thus far is buying more play food. However it’s is kind narrow built so it is somewhat easily tipped over if not stood against a wall so when child leans into it or against it it won’t tip over. Does have a strap on the back for that very purpose to you can secure it to a wall. Won’t tip over either way then. I have not used the strap, it’s fairly heavy as it’s all wooden, so long as child isn’t trying to pull it on top of them ,in my opinion they shouldnt be able to, but I suggest everyone use the security strap to keep it from tipping over. Money well spent no regrets nothing but positive experience and made for a very rememberable Christmas.

My son loves playing with his kitchen. He’s super young for it but still plays his heart out! At daycare they had one and he stayed there all day so I had to get him one. This one even matches our kitchen. Doors open easy! The color is perfect. It’s nice and small so it fits all over his room, our living room, or our kitchen. Easy to move. We move it around where we are cause he likes to play while we cook or watch tv. New condition.

I was so excited to finally get my kids a play kitchen. I was looking for something wooden and cute and not just a plastic one. I originally was looking at a different one from this brand but I ended up choosing this one because it was a bit smaller and more interactive. The entire thing is not wooden; there are plastic parts in it, but the majority of it is wood. I really love the sounds that the stove makes and the light in the oven. It’s a good enough size to hold a lot of play food but not too huge that it takes up too much room. The doors all open and close nicely with a nice clunk sound. And overall it seems pretty sturdy. Putting the kitchen together was not that difficult (as long as you are familiar with putting together basic furniture), and we finished it in an hour or two tops. There was also a strap in the back you can use to attach it to the wall, which is a great feature because on carpet it can be wobbly for younger toddlers. You can also adjust the height when kids are older. So far the kids love it. The toddler has spent many hours pretending to make food, and despite our youngest being a little too young for it, she enjoyed playing with the food and kitchen as well. It is important to note that it does come with a steel pot, pan, pot top, apron, five pieces of plastic cut-able food, wooden knife, wooden cooking spoons, cup, and three ice cubes. The ice maker was a huge hit!

Update!! Tinyland sent the new door and refunded our shipping plus an inconvenience fee!! It was greatly appreciated!! Our daughter is back to cooking in her play kitchen. We loved the kitchen at first. However, after couple weeks of play, the fridge door came right off in my daughter’s hands almost hitting her in her face and eye. We were unable to fix it. Apparently a piece of the peg that protrudes from the door into the base had broken off. To my amazement, my daughter takes great care of all of her toys. This was a fault and defect of the toy! We contacted the company. They agreed to send a door for a different model even though they were still selling our model online. We said ok, bc our daughter loves the set. We had to pay for shipping and we were told we would get it in 10-15 business days. After a month passed, we reached back out. They said it will be a while longer with no actual date. Now over 2 months later, we still have no door and the set is basically rendered useless and dangerous.
