I ordered this Timex watch to replace a replacement I ordered 6 months or so ago for a Timex that died after 12 years or so. The first replacement won't keep good time and I wasn't crazy about it anyway. This Timex is exactly the size I like best--not even an inch wide--with a very thin strap. The mm's aren't printed on the band so I don't know what they are. The keeper band on the strap is stitched together rather than cheaply glued, so it should last a long time. The add on Amazon, if I recall correctly, says the band is brown, but it's more of a dark tan. Goes with just about everything and matches my everyday moccasins and loafers. I've had it now for only 6 hours, so I can't yet speak to it's accuracy, but so far so good. If it proves inaccurate, I'll update to reflect that fact. I will say the packaging was a bit disappointing--and worrisome at first. It came in a pretty flimly, cardboard Timex box--inside an Amazon bag--that was bent up in several places. It was partially off the plastic display you see Timex watches on in box stores. I was afraid it was damaged, but it was/is not. This watch would be so good if the battery lasted longer. Unfortunately you have to buy a new one every year as it's very difficult to open the backside to replace battery. It's fairly inexpensive so you can replace it annually. But it would be great if Timex used a better battery...
