I am very pleased with this smart watch. Having been a Fitbit person for many years, I became frustrated with them problems with my Ionic and the poor customer service. I decided to try the Timex and frankly didn’t think that I would be happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised! This watch is easy to use, tracks my heart rate, exercise and sleep more accurately than the Fitbit products. The face is easy to see in the sunlight and the Timex app provides the information that I need in detail. It charges fast and much more easy than the Ionic. The watch is comfortable and not too thick. Also, I like that it looks like a normal watch. The only negative is that I wish there were more exercise type options, or they were customizable. Other than that, I highly recommend this smart watch. It’s a great value and works!

Usually, i dont write negative feedback, but I have been forced to write as the product is worthless. I bought this Timex smartwatch 2 months ago as my 2nd smartwatch for my iPhone. I chose this vs another brand now I feel embarrassed, because of poor performance. Yes the 'battery is very very poor' and it 'does not even stand for a half a day', in fact it drains within 3 hours which really sucks. I have never seen any watch that does not even stand for a day. By the time I realised the issue, the return window was closed and I dont know what to do with this watch, It's a total loss buying this watch and "not even worth for a penny".

I was not sure about a Timex Smartwatch, since it is not one of the major brands. However, I had a very similar looking Timex analog watch a couple of years ago and loved it until it was stolen. I just recently purchased and received this one and so far, I am very happy. It is pretty simple compared to most watches, but I like the look of it specifically, mimicking a high-end analog watch. There is nothing groundbreaking about this watch with all he normal features that you expect from a $200 smart watch, however the battery life seems to be very good, better than most. So far it looks like it will last for multiple days even with regular use. The leather, and silicone strap is very comfortable. Pretty happy with my purchase. If that changes, I will update my review.

I didn't need a smartwatch with lots of bells and whistles. Just something that will send me notifications and have good battery life and this watch fits the bill perfectly. I fully charged the battery over a week ago and it's still around 55%. That is incredible. The app is so-so but works fine. Just be warned it was a little finicky getting it to pair with my phone. But since then it's been a great watch. Looks really nice--very stylish.

Not there yet. Battery, -2. Accuracy 3. My biggest complaint is that as a health monitor, I'm not impressed at all. I originally purchased to track my sleep. Well, it fails pretty miserably. Logs start time correctly about 20% of the time. If you're prone to using the restroom in the middle of the night, you will not be pleased. Last night I woke up at 1:30 am, used the restroom and when I checked my stats, it showed that my sleep was consider complete even though I went back to sleep for an additional 5 hours. This is not a once off. Been using nightly for just a few days under a month now and there has only been 3 nights where the result were even close to reality. Sure you can edit your data to replace those missed hours, but the defeats the point and those edits do not assist as they don't count for sleep stages. A few pro's: 1. It keeps time well. Ok, that's about it for the pros. Battery life is tolerable at best. If you turn pretty much everything off, you may get through a day, but if you use the features that actually make this watch different from a "normal" watch you're lucky to get 8 hours, and that's being kind. I could easily live with the short battery life as I do not use this as a daily wearer but just to track sleep and eventually walking (had reconstructive foot surgery). If you're thinking about using it as your daily and would like to actually run the features be prepared to have it die before your day is over. I'm going to keep it anyway. Aestheticlly it is a very nice watch. There are limited downloadable faces, most of which are pretty ugly (to me at least) but a few are quite nice. Has a great feel. Heavy, but not obnoxiously so. Sleek and nice to look at. OLED is *black* when screen is off and is very good looking and with the high resolution, even text alerts sent to the face are easily readable. In summation, it's a 6 out of 10. A 3 for functionality and a 9.5 for form. I'm going to wait 3 more years or so and give the whole "smart watch" thing another try. Just wish it would know when I'm sleeping and know when I'm awake.....
