  • Feels Quality - Great Countdown Timer
Color: Black/Digital Gray/Gray
Will update if it has any issues… First impression is that the build quality is so nice. All of the materials feel like a nice curated match for eachother. So much attention to detal. Doesn’t feel cheap at all. The wrist strap is a comfy rubber-y plastic, and metal (I think). The controls are very easy to learn, I didn’t need instructions as each button is labeled in the digital screen, so you can work your way through it as is. I wanted this specifically for setting 30sec countdown timers for sprinting, it does that great. Can set any time from 1sec to 24hrs. Best part - It feels like a tank! ... show more

  • This Timex Ironman lives up to its name
Color: Black/Digital Gray/Black
Timex Ironman watches have been with me for a decade. This particular one I just ordered as a backup for the same one that I have had for seven years (and still works perfectly). I don't know why I ordered a backup except that I love it so much that I couldn't fathom the idea that Timex might discontinue this model. Why do I love it so much? Because it is functional in many ways. Aside from its durability, reliability and the fact that it fits on my wrist so comfortably, it is easy to read and extremely useful for tasks that need countdown alarms as well as regular timers (it has three which you can set). Since I gave up "fashionable" watches years ago in favor of practical, easy to read, multifunctional devises I found this Timex the best of all the other brands that I have tried in this category. Years ago, President Bill Clinton, who jogged regularly, was heavily chastised for wearing a very functional Timex Ironman watch in the Oval Office instead of what the professional politicians considered appropriate for a President. It was then that I realized how important it was for a person to wear a watch that they loved, and that was functional for them. At that point in time I had many other watches that I didn't jettison until later when I realized that I need only wear the watch that I loved and was useful to me. I still have another watch that I saved for "appropriate" times out but have only worn it once. The rest of the time my Timex Ironman stays on my wrist wherever I go. ... show more

  • Great watch; but why the triangle screws?
Color: Black/Digital Gray/Silver-Tone
I have been using these watches for many years with very good luck, and would normally give them 5 stars. They are comfortable, waterproof, durable, and have an alarm and a countdown timer. (The waterproof and countdown timer - that can be set to repeat - make them good for sailboat racing, and these are much cheaper than sailing watches. ) But at some point before the watch breaks, the battery will die. It is not hard to replace the battery. Except now the watch comes with triangle head screws holding the back on, rather than the regular phillips head screws they used to have. Why? Is it that important to keep people from opening up their watch? Making things harder to fix is a step in the wrong direction. Knocking off one star for that. ... show more

  • Great classic timepiece
Color: Black/Digital Gray/Silver-Tone
I’ve been using the Timex Men’s Ironman Triathlon Classic 30 (38mm) for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most dependable watches I’ve owned. The design is simple but functional — lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for workouts, outdoor activities, or just daily wear. The Indiglo backlight is super bright and makes it easy to read in the dark, and the buttons are responsive without feeling flimsy. The stopwatch and countdown timer features are straightforward and accurate, which I really appreciate for timing workouts. I also like that it’s water-resistant, so I never have to worry about it in the rain or while swimming. The 38mm size is just right — not too bulky, but still sporty and easy to read. The battery life is excellent, and the Timex durability definitely shows; this watch can take a beating and still look good. If you want something rugged, affordable, and practical, the Ironman Classic 30 is a solid choice. It’s a no-nonsense watch that does exactly what it’s supposed to — and does it well. ... show more

  • Not gonna track you
Color: Black/Digital Black/Black
Functional watch, everything you need in a sports watch that isn’t gps related. Als a good watch to wear when you don’t want to risk a nice watch getting banged up or wet

  • Amazing quality and well worth it!!!
Color: Black
Great watch! My son saw his friend have and was impressed so I got him one! This one doesn’t have a connection point from the band to the watch so it can’t break there which has been the issues with all his other watches. This is easy to setup and use! It worked so great that I got one for my other son! They both say the size and options are perfect! Highly recommend! ... show more

  • My first Timex! 👍
Color: Black/Negative Digital/Gray
I like the watch; it's a standard size, and even though I have the negative display model, I can easily see the time. The numbers are gold-colored and, in my opinion, are clearly visible, and the Indiglo light illuminates the entire display. However, if you have poor eyesight, you're better off buying the model with a regular display. The watch seems durable; I've submerged it briefly in water, and everything is fine. The strap also looks sturdy, and I like that there's an extra, larger hole at the end of the strap that fits onto a kind of hook on the keeper, which keeps the strap "locked" in place, so to speak. I don't know all the watch's functions yet, but I use the stopwatch and timer frequently. I haven't used the calendar or chronograph functions yet. ... show more
