I purchased two of these and within 2 weeks one of the kickstands failed... 7 months later the other failed. The design of the stand should change. The case itself is great and protects well, but the flimsy nature of the supportive stand is reason not to buy this. UPDATE: As it turns out only one of these was purchased from this seller, but the model and design was the same. Without asking or prompting, the seller immediately sent a replacement with no questions asked. I sincerely appreciate that the seller backed the product. I am hopeful that the kickstand will last longer on the replacement. Given this experience, I would definitely give the seller 5 stars.

I'm genuinely happy with it, the buttons are 10/10 great buttons, the rubber covers for ports so far are holding up great and are still flush and nice! The manual was pretty clear love that it came with a screen protector! Love that it came with two straps a long and a like hand-held style. Love the velcro loop on the back. It took me a minute to figure out the button on the stand but that's awesome, the rubber feet are awesome, they fit nice and flush, MORE AWESOME. My feedback would be that I'm concerned about the apple pen ring, it's hard to take the pen out and not have the rubber bit pop off the case! But I love that it secures the pen in place! that is my only worry so far which is why I put a four for durability since I think that may potentially wear on it a bit more than normal and decrease the longevity. But I still love the crap out of it, makes me feel like I can hold my ipad without having to brace myself for financial devastation xD I've also been showing it off cuz it rocks c:

We have gotten these cases several times now and love them. We have younger children that can be hard on the kick stands or decide they want a different colored case, this is the reasoning for buying several cases. The kickstand works wonders for the kids to prop the tablets up and keep away from their faces. I also love the straps. We normally keep the straps on the shorter side. But taking my son to the grocery store, I can sit him in the cart and strap the case to the handle, so when he drops his iPad, it doesn't really fall and hit the floor. This has saved us sooooooo many times.

I bought this case for my son's iPad. Kids drop things all the time so I wanted to get something that would help prevent breaking. So far so good. Does the job since he's dropped it few time already. We didn't use the strap because my son didn't like it. I gave it 4 stars cause it does the job but personally, I'm not crazy in love with it when I hold it. I don't touch my son's iPad as much as he does so I've no idea but atleast from first impressions or each time I go to hold it, it doesn't feel "wow". Also feels kinda heavy. I would recommend others to buy it and I'd buy it again in the future. We do use the one hand strap to carry instead and we do utilize stand in the back.

I love everything about this protector and especially that the screen savor does not have to be applied. Instead it is a part of the protector itself. It's easy to install, but just to make sure I am doing it correctly, I looked up a video which made it a bit easier to follow. I would HIGHLY recommend this. I did a lot of research before I purchased and this was my choice. So glad I got this one. It's sturdy, easy to grip and I am 100% confident that when I drop this (of course I will!)
