This has been a game changer for inside use. We have a small business that uses an airbrush and we were able to move it inside to a guest room thanks to this.     • Works well but wrong connection info
The compressor works well and is a solid value pickup for hobby airbrushing. It's also quite quiet while it runs and since it has a tank, it only runs like half the time. That being said, the description said it has a 1/8 BSP connection which is just flat out wrong. It's 3/8 BSP, which is a massive pain in the butt because most airbrush hoses are either 1/8 or 1/4. I have a GSI Creos PS-289 and to connect it, I needed to get a 3/8 female to 1/4 male adaptor and then either a 1/4 to 1/4 hose without the airbrush included adaptor or a 1/4 female to 1/8 male adaptor and the airbrush included 1/8 hose and adaptor. Frankly it's a lot simpler than it sounds but it's annoying that the proper connection isn't written in the product description. Also if you get adaptors don't forget to get PFE tape (plumbers tape) or you'll get air leakage. ... show more

This is a really nice small, portable compressor and tank. The manufacturer (in the Netherlands) recommends it for use with airbrushes, etc. and suggests you don't use it for other applications. I am not doing airbrush work. I bought it with the intention of using it for one of those "other" non-recommended applications. I'm quite happy and satisfied with the results I get. I wanted to find an air compressor with a small storage tank, which was light-weight, easy to carry and move about, and had just enough storage capacity to use it as an air duster/blower, for small technical and office jobs. I attached a cheap air hose intended for airbrush use, and an industrial blower handle with a lever valve and put a small restricted tube nozzle on that blower. It works great as a light-duty duster. I use it to blow particulates and cleaning fluids off glass optics and other technical items. If you spray air continuously, it does drop its pressure a lot, but if you just wait a minute for it to restore pressure in its attached tank, it is back to life and ready. It is very quiet when running. This compressor/tank is way better than using cans of compressed refrigerant chemical for dusting. They "give up" quickly as soon as their internals get cold, which is fast! I highly recommend this device for smaller, light-duty dusting tasks, if you have the right nozzle and valve unit. ... show more
