The fit was good a little loose in the heel but with heavy socks will fit perfectly. They are far lighter in weight than my original Timbs which used to feel like weights. These are feather light and comfortable to walk in. I have larger calf muscles and find the upper a bit stiff and tight but with frequent wear, they'll break in nicely. Were they worth almost $200? All too often a workboot made for women has cut corners. Something about the idea that it will be on a woman's foot leads makers to believe they should use lesser quality material, less of it, or make a product that's shoddy so it can look more dainty or sexy. It's a workboot, not heels: we're trying to WORK. That's why I went with Timbs! You could of course just buy a men's in your size, but come on, we know that's just not the same. This feels like a woman's shoe, but it has just as much durability and quality as its male counterparts. Gotta respect that. Will be buying more, but not anytime soon, as these seem like they're built to last a very long time. <3 ... show more
