My son had a dome of a head and my head ain't that small but when he put the beanie on Everytime it would move upwards on his head but me it fit perfect wouldn't move whatsoever. Beautiful Timberland cold weather watch cap but it needs to be slightly longer. Doesn't quite fully pull down over my ears the way my Berne hat of the same style does. It's still functional and I still wear it, though.
