Our Keele Ridge Work hiker is designed and reinforced for the most demanding jobs at hand while offering the comfort and performance of your favorite hiking boot. Its rugged, Premium Timberland waterproof nubuck leather and mesh upper features an internal waterproof membrane for maximum protection from water intrusion. This boot also includes a steel safety toe and electrical hazard protection. The breathable, moisture-wicking lining is made of ReBOTL fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic. Plus, the outsole is made of slip- and abrasion-resistant, non-marking rubber for enhanced traction.

These shoes are very comfortable and the appropriate weight. The sizes are accurate. The steel toe is appropriately positioned so there is no discomfort when wearing the shoes with light or heaven socks. The shoes breathe well but are also waterproof. In extreme cold they can be slippery on smooth concrete but under normal working conditions they are non-slip. The shoe strings are heavy duty and do not loosen or untie on their own. The shoestring hooks are tight based on the thickness of the shoe strings which makes tying the shoes a little cumbersome. These shoes are appropriately priced. This review is given after a year of wearing these 7 days a week and ordering another pair to replace the 1st ones. I purchased these boots as i work in a manufacturing environment. The moment i put my foot in one i was sold. They are ridiculously comfortable i wear them as my go to footwear no matter where i go. I mainly to a lot of walking round the shop floor in a very oily environment. They have held up well and i plan on using the original pair as an outside boot at my house. The soles have shown signs of but i would say any shoe after being worn this much would. I was happy to see they were still in stock and available at a cheaper price than i bought a year ago. The touches of leather are nice, but they mesh also allows them to be breathable. I used leather conditioning on them before ever wearing them and the overall appearance is still good. They fit very true to size, and I would say are probably a little on the wide end of a shoe. The only critique that i have is the very first pair i purchased had to be returned due to the sole separating from the boot, but the replacement pair was perfect and the new pair doesn't seem to have this issue. That is the only reason i am docking a start from these boots. But with the amazon return policy it was a breeze/ ... show more

I was very impressed with the fitment right out of the box. They're about as comfortable as a good trail boot and nearly as light. In fact, they feel more like a trail or insulated winter boot which I'm sure it could substitute as in a pinch along with some wooly socks. I can forget I’m even wearing steel toe work boots with these on. They're very comfortable to wear all day even after working. The grey midsole, particularly below the ball of the foot is thick and spongy for absorption and the bottom heel and toe cap both have some nice thick rubber "bumpers" covering them stitched to the insole. Brass eyelets are an important but overlooked part of a boot and these appear to be good quality. Timberland has had a reputation with boot eyelets coming loose and falling out over time though so we'll see. Overall 5 stars. Edit: March 2023 and they are finally wearing out on the bottoms. I've put them thru everything but the front tread has finally disappeared after 4 years of use. So no longer safe to use as work boots, but will continue to use for house and garden work for years to come. The leather has never been conditioned so is thin and grainy in some spots but the the string eyelets, soles, walls and bumpers still intact. ... show more

My first pair of timberlands And happy with them. Quite comfortable and lightweight. Standing up well in a harsh environment of my manufacturing plant. Wear them all day for 12-hour shifts with no significant discomfort.

My experience with these new Timberland boots has been excellent. The waterproof protection and sole traction are outstanding. Additionally, when worn with quality hiking socks, the fit is exceptionally secure. There is zero heel slippage, eliminating the risk of blisters.

0 stars, it's a shame these work shoes used to be good quality. Not any more!! 2 months and I was not even hard on them, the turnbuckle broke within 1 month and this is some pictures of 2 months use Absolutely ridiculous for the price.
