This belt contains very small screws which hold the buckle attached to the leather belt. Like other similar belts, the first thing I do is remove the small Phillips head screws, apply a small amount of (your fav brand of glue), and reinsert the screws. Losing one of these screws basically ruins your belt as the buckle will no longer be secure. I use a clear ‘gel’ glue brand and it works fine.

Most belts I buy say all leather but I find out all too soon that it’s bonded. They wear out quickly and look shabby. This belt says all leather and it looks like it is now The jury is still out. I’ll let you know but I think it is 100% Leather.

Everything about this belt exudes cheapness: the width of the leather, the thickness of the leather and the shoddy construction of the belt buckle. Some bean counter has figured how to make it so cheap that it is disgrace to the once proud Timberland brand.
