The media could not be loaded. Size 10, $100 - I recommend you size down half (for thin socks) or even full size (for thick socks) from your tennis shoe size. Plenty of toe box room. Got these on sale and I couldn’t be happier. They are comfy and honestly pretty good looking in terms of boots. I wish there were better color options, but for the price, it was worth it. Cushy and no break-in period. I took them on a 5 mile hike within the first few wears and no break in period, soreness, or rubbing at all. Pretty good grip and I stepped in puddles on purpose and can confirm they are waterproof. Although they don’t seem like they’d last as long as leather boots, I think they were worth the price for everything else and we shall see if they survive this upcoming chicago winter in terms of warmth and durability. ... show more

Timberland boots run large. This is my third pair of Timberland boots. I normally wear size 8.5 but size 8 in this boot fits me perfectly. And I mean perfectly, like they were custom made for my feet. These boots are beautiful. I love the color. The leather is good quality, consistent grain all over, and very soft right out of the box. I just got these boots so I haven't tried them on the trail yet. I'm hoping they will hold up like the Timberland original 6" hikers I had before (the classic wheat-colored ones), which lasted me 20 years. Those boots had 4 sets of stiches at all the seams, whereas these have only 2. I'm hoping these will also be as waterproof as the originals, but they might not be, being only double-stitched. Timberland advertises them as being waterproof, and they are stamped "waterproof" on the heel by the logo. I'll find out soon, going backpacking next weekend! ... show more
