Product is a good basic toolbox in terms of needing screwdrivers but the drill and other accessories were a little flimsy? They weren't too sturdy and the drill does not work well if trying to drill into cement - we ordered it to hang a dart board outside on our patio but it didn't really work so my husband ended up getting a different drill. Other than that its great for indoor projects and the screwdrivers and everything else work great. ... show more

    • Just loose grip that don’t work
This drills don’t hold grip to something they’re working on and they become just loose even a simple screw nail inside a wooden wall they don’t drill. The first week they work then the second they start loosing grip and just start rotating with drills and the mortar gets so hot for rotating without having a grip on the drills. This is my 1st power tool I have ever owned on my own. It charges fast and keeps its charge for a LONG time!! The only thing I would changes is some paperwork with it. Because it was my 1st drill I wasn't sure how to put the pieces in and have them stay. 😁

Worked great until it didn't. The contacts inside the trigger simply wore out after about 10 months of barely any real work - minor fence repair and handy stuff around the house. The case and extras it came with are pretty nice, if not the best quality things. At least I still have those to add to my collection. ... show more
