Love this product!! To be able to set everything up in my greenhouse and have control on my phone is priceless. The only problem is that it does need to be on a 2.4ghz WiFi. To set it up, you have to force your router to only use the 2.4ghz, pair it, then you can set your router back to 5ghz. I use mine for a fan, heat, lights, and water system with no problems. It allows you to set up parameters, like scheduled time on and off, or on/off based on temperature and /or humidity. The only thing I wish you could do is set it up with 2 parameters at the same time… For instance, I have the fan set to run once the temp is over 80 degrees. It turns off only when the temp is under 80, so on hot summer nights, I wish you could also create a time limit to run, like between 2pm and 8pm, but you can’t.

awesome, only thing is that it doesn't allow you to set the power of the devices, you still need another controller in order to do that (as of now) its pretty easy to work, I dont know that I love the AI functionality, (again, as of now) allowing me to operate a portable AC ducted into a tent for $100 extra is awesome value No screen you have to check environment from your phone, you cant control outlets based on the external temp sensor instead of the inside sensor (unless im doing it wrong in which case maybe needs to be easier to understand)

I would have given this wonderful product five stars except the included documentation, set-up ad programming guide were minimal best, very lacking of relevant programming or navigation of the app at worst. I almost gave it 3 stars because of this. But, since I had been using a somewhat similar but now defunct Niwa controller outlet (Grow Hub+), I was frustratingly finally able to find the places where custom parameters can be fed to the AI, I got the darn thing working perfectly on the second day of attempts and many starts over from scratch. It also is a good value for the money, but I found that discount codes for AC Infinity would not work on the Amazon site where I ordered. Even so, the price was half of what I paid for my Niwa (no AI) four years ago. Once set, it seems to hold my grow environment right where it needs to be given the growth stage and the local factors influencing the buffer zone chosen for VDP, Temp and/or Humidity. I wish it did have a Dew Point readout as I use that in the drying phases. I contacted support to find out if they have a more complete owner's manual, but they don't. The YouTube videos are almost nonexistent, and what there is doesn't teach you how to navigate the screens. Even the support techs say to use the manual for the Controller AI+, but none of the pictures in it match the screens seen in the app after you choose the "Outlet AI+" upon set up. So, the documentation sucks. BTW, you cannot control fan speeds or dim lights with the AI (at least my lights); it can only turn on or off each outlet according to environmental need such as humidity, triggers for A/C, dehumidifiers, heaters, fans on or off, exhaust fan on/off. It can handle 1800 Watts max, but for high initial draws like heaters, A/C, many lights at one time, or duhus, I would use an intermediary low amp trigger device. I built 2 for my set up using air conditioning contactors and heavy extension cords. You don't want to over-amp this unit as it doesn't have a built-in circuit breaker. I will still recommend this with 4 stars, but be ready to be frustrated until you actually get it running.

This outlet is an okay-ish step into automating your grow space. It works and can be a good addition to your grow space, but I have several issues with this outlet. This AI outlet is essentially just an ESP32 with numbered cheap mechanical switches enclosed in a plastic shell. You can make one of these yourself for ~$30 if you have a soldering iron and maybe some spare wire somewhere already. There are plenty of guides online if you're interested. The chat AI is useless. You can ask it questions about your grow or HOW to get the outlet dialed in, but it cannot directly assist you or change settings in any way. The "ai" integrated on the actual unit is HORRIBLE. It has taken me more than a year to get it dialed in, and I still have issues with it. Several grow have been killed off by random temp fluctuations, like a heater or humidifier being left on/off. The last two nights, the integrated outlet AI has just outright refused to turn the heater on unless I do it manually, which is a huge liability. My grow tent got down to °50 for more than an hour last night due to it being in a garage, and began to drift down to 64° tonight before I caught it and manually fixed it. I had it set to target Temp & Humidity, hard limits between 69° - 78°. Humidity is sitting around 60% I'm not sure what causes it to just get "stuck" , but switching modes seems to snap it awake (eg. switching from VPD target to Temp & Humidity). I'm a big AC infinity fan, I refuse to buy any duct fans, carbon filters, or lights other than theirs, but this outlet is a flop in my opinion. It's expensive for what it is, and it's not extremely reliable. I may try one of their proper controllers in the future, but this outlet has kinda soured me.
