The media could not be loaded. I gotta say I was definitely expecting something with a bigger footprint than this. However it has 10 slots for growing just like it said it would. It includes the plugs, snap in holders, fertilizer (at least for a little bit), a measuring cup, caps for when you’re trying to sprout your seedlings and an instruction booklet. The instruction booklet explains most thing you need to do, but not everything. Like it says to put enough water to circulate but not too much or it will rot the roots. Well it has from 1 liter to 3 liters (which is at the top). I went for a happy medium and put 2 1/2 liters because the 3 liter just seemed to full for air to get to the roots. Also the fertilizer will probably last for a little bit but probably not even a grow cycle. It said to put 10 ml per 1 liter but only after sprouting and never mix the 2 together unless they are diluted. Then you redo it every time you fill the container. However it doesn’t say how often to fill the container so I really have no idea how long to expect the water to stay in there before needing a refill. The good thing is it has a water level you can easily see from the front. It also tells you to soak your seeds for 4-12 hours then plant them 3-4 per pod for germination. The seeds easily go into the little sponge pods and the cups sit right on top. Then you plug it in and power it on and pick either fruit or vegetable. Now I have no idea what the difference is between the 2 because it didn’t explain it. Is the light different or the circulation? So I’m leaving it at 5 stars simply because it’s seems to be a good unit just lacking some in instructions

Set up for this product took some time. This is my first time using a product like this to grow plants indoor. It took some figuring out since there is not much info included with the product. All the accessories are simply tossed loosely in the bottom base of the unit. So from the unpacking experience, there isnt much to experience. The light section is secured/supported with two foam pieces. This is a lightweight unit. Majority is made of plastic. Surface has the typical unfinished plastic look that just came out of a mold with sharp edges in some places. Not as pretty to look at compared to the competitors. Definitely not something i would want to display on my kitchen counter. However, i am excited to see how this will grow plants. Looking forward to not buying herbs the few times i need fresh one for cooking. e

This Tigvio 10 Pod Indoor Herb Garden Kit with 24w LED Grow Light comes with 10 plant pods, no extras. I ordered some additional pods when I ordered this. It also comes with the solution needed to grow your desired plants. The instructions were easy to follow. Just soak the pods for 15 minutes and put them into the pod holders. Fill the take with water, add seeds, humidity domes, and you're done. The two different pre-programmed settings are helpful so you don't have to keep track when to turn on the lights. I am excited to have some fresh herbs to cook with in the winter. I think it's a great deal and would order this again.

I've always wanted to grow vegetable plants successfully indoors, and this hydroponic planter is making it possible. It doesn't take up much space on your counter, and it's simple to assemble. The instructions are clear on what to do to get started. It's a great conversation piece for homeschool uses.

The media could not be loaded. This kit was so easy to assemble, it was up and running in no time. I've watched enough hydroponic videos that I didn't need to refer to the manual to assemble it. As you can see in the video I provided, my seeds were swollen and starting to sprout the very next day. By day 5 my seedlings were already looking great. So far, this system is exceeding my expectations. Two minor issues I have with this system. 1. It runs on a timer, 12hrs on 12hrs off. The buttons on top are very sensitive. Two days in a row I accidentally turned off the machine while trying to adjust the lights. This resulted in longer exposure to lights for my seedlings. Not a huge issue, just something I have to watch for when adjusting the lights. 2. I wish the plastic dome lids would snap on. The morning after I set it up, I found one of the domes missing. I have cats, they don't respect anything and they love new toys. It's because of them I can't have anything nice. It would be nice if the domes fit snuggly. And I know one of the cats is going to find a way to shut off the system. Aside from those two minor issues, I absolutely love this system. I can't wait to update my video showing all the way through to harvest.

This comes with everything you need to start hydroponic gardening except for the seeds. It is fairly simple to set up, and the instructions are clear on how to begin the growing process. Overall, this is a good way to learn hydroponics, and give your plants the nutrients they need.

The Tigvio 10 Pod Indoor Herb Garden Kit has been a bit of a mixed experience. The kit’s construction feels somewhat flimsy, which is a bit concerning in terms of durability. Additionally, it lacks some of the additional features that other similar models boast, making it feel a bit barebones in comparison. One significant shortfall was the absence of seeds in the package. While the kit did include sponges and nutrient mix, not having seeds included was a bit of a letdown. It delayed our start on the herb garden as we had to purchase seeds separately. On the upside, this did give us the opportunity to choose our preferred variety of herbs, which was a silver lining in an otherwise inconvenient situation. In summary, while the Tigvio kit provides the essentials to start an indoor herb garden, the lack of seeds and the somewhat delicate build quality detract from the overall experience. It’s suitable for those who don’t mind sourcing their seeds and prefer a simple setup, but if you’re looking for a more comprehensive, ready-out-of-the-box experience, this might not be the kit for you.
