And these definitely surpassed my expectations. I read the reviews and went with my best guess at my size. LOVE these shorts! Very cute shorts. I wish they were a tad longer but still a good length. Fabric is light, comfortable and stretchy. Waist is definitely a smaller fit so for me they fit best sitting at waist. Very stretchy and was concerned about mid rise but it’s basically high rise so that was good because I have a smaller waist to hips ratio. Usually wear a 4 so it’s true to size. Not sure why one side the stitching is weird /pulled already as shown but not gonna bother returning because it’s still in tact just weird discoloration in that spot too. ... show more

I normally don't write such detailed reviews but I needed to get these shorts in a time crunch. And the reviews really helped me get the correct size . I am 5 ft one and a half and weigh about 143 lb. The shorts are very stretchy amazon recommended that I get a 6/8 however after reading the reviews I decided to buy a size 4. I still have plenty of room in the waistband I could have actually gotten an 0/2. For size reference i wear a size 2 in American Eagle Outfitters. Other brands I range between a size 2 and a size 4. I don't like the pockets on the butts because they make your butt look wider because the pockets are spread apart. It does seem like a very good quality and they are cute regardless I hope this review helps someone :-) ... show more

My daughter is five 5’5 (maybe nearing 5’6) &135 lbs and bought 4 of these in different colors in a size medium. They fit her perfectly and comfortably without being too tight but a little snug as jeans should be when first worn. They are a great lightweight denim w/ stretch perfect for spring, summer & fall in VA. They definitely look as described & depicted. My daughter liked these so much that she bought one pair other pair in a slightly different style with the two buttons at the waist and loved those as well. My daughter prefers shorts to trousers & these have become her new go to style shorts. Fit okay. Cheap thin material not jean feeling. More like thin legging material cut short . I have a feeling the white will be see through it’s so thin. Also pretty sure it will shrink and or fall apart in dryer since the material is so stretchy.

I hate wearing shorts. I am always getting chub rub and think I have stumps for legs (5’6, 180IBS for reference) and these are very flattering! They aren’t too long and they aren’t too short, they’re literally just right! I struggle to find shorts that are the perfect length and I hit the jackpot with these.
