    • No speed control. Runs at max speed all the time making it hard to control.

It's a clever device, but is in need of changes. It has only one speed... fast. It has so much starting torque, that it flips upside down. This is probably an unstated feature of it, but is hard to control. Needs a half power/speed setting. The frequency sync and demo buttons need to be put somewhere where they can't be accidently pushed. Needing a screwdriver to remove/replace the batteries is also cumbersome. My 9 and 10 year old grandaughters were easily frustrated with them. I think if they were boys, they would have stomped on them. ... show more

We received this item on time and was as described. Only one problem there was not a second battery. Chatted with an Amazon Rep on line that night and told him it was a Birthday present for my grandson and he was so nice and polite and sent me a replacement.
