This is such a cool toy. We bought it for a small lake trip. It could go on the grass, rocks, sand, you name it. But, the best part is driving it into the water. The remote worked great at a good distance. The only complaint is the battery life is short, and the charging process is tricky. The prongs inside of the battery case seemed a little flimsy. We had it on and off the charger A LOT though. So, durability is pretty good. I would purchase again, just wish they could fix the battery life and the flimsy charging prongs.
