I have long suffered from allergies seasonally. Every year like clockwork September through November, and April through May, I get intense headaches, runny nose, scratchy throat, and many other symptoms associated with allergies. Sometimes my allergies are so bad that I have sneezing fits wher I sneeze for five minutes nonstop. I have always relied on over-the-counter medication‘s like Claritin and Nasonex to help me. That is until I found this. This pill works so well, and I like that I don’t have to worry about the fact that it’s a pharmaceutically, manufactured chemical, but a naturally occurring compound found in plants. I trust Thorne products. Quercetin helps me with food allergies. If taken at night, I don't wake up congested. Zinc is also good for food allergies. I take both. I'm doing much better since being on these products.

I started taking this because my immune system was so weak postpartum. I was catching every illness under the sun after having my baby. I was healthy maybe 3 weeks out of a 4 month period. I’ve loved other Thorne supplements, so I scoured their products in hopes of finding something that could help my immune system. THIS IS IT! When I tell you I have not been sick in months, I mean it! I’ve been taking it for 4 months now and I haven’t caught a thing. Even when my whole household would come down with something, I’d be healthy. If you’re struggling with your immune system, definitely give this a go!
