I ordered this recliner first when trying to get the recliner bottom to come out it appears to be hitting bottom metal piece causing it to not want to release the foot part. So called finally got to talk to a live person replacement product sent - well it is worse than the first!!! Apparently these are very poor quality! My left side recliner so far seems fine but since both right hand sides are junk I will be returning all of it!!! ... show more

Bought a set, left and right. Just got it and set it up this Memorial weekend. Right out of the box, the footrest hits the support and you can’t get the footrest up or once you do you can’t close it without getting up. The other side works fine. I have a support ticket open and if they can’t tell me how to adjust it, I will be asking Amazon for an exchange. So tired of brand new things from overseas not working. Zero quality control. Ordered the left and right. Received the left hand recliner right away. The right hand had the arrival date moved out several times. Arrived a few weeks later. Frame was bent but we managed to get it installed but now we are having issues with the reclining mechanism not functioning properly. Will open a few times correctly and then will get hung and will not open without taking off the back of the chair and manually manipulating the recline mechanism.
