Good craftsmanship. Nice product. The latch hole was on the wrong axis for my InStep trailer. Returned without a fuss. Could include hold washer to keep hitch from spinning around on the bolt. When it's on the trailer there are no problems, but over a long period of time it might become unclean around the axle area where the Bolt goes. I read the reviews before ordering and saw that someone else had to make some alterations to fit the coupler to their ebike, so I was prepared to drill it out if necessary. Turned out it was necessary, but it works!

I have a Rad Power Rad Rover and according to specs, this thing should fit just fine. It does not. On the positive side, I drilled out the opening just a little bit and it fit like a glove. Giving the hardware 5 stars, because it's well built and should fit most standard bikes. It will fit your non-standard bike with a drill and 5 minutes of work. ... show more
