So I normally do not buy exercise machines on Amz. I have bought a ton of little exercise stuff but not a machine. I guess because I'm always afraid that it wont' come in not damaged or have issues. Anyhow, over covid, I'm not proud to say I gained like 20+ pounds. I guess I just let myself go and didn't notice. Well I realized I couldn't fit in most of my clothes and because of it I didnt want to go out and would hide in my house even more. Well it got pretty pathetic. So finally I decided to join a nearby gym. I think I went for like 3 days and then I just felt really self conscious because other people are there. So I was talking to my doctor and he said really I dont need any elaborate. He said I can pretty much just walk everyday and it would make a difference. The thing is in Louisiana you cannot walk outside in this crazy heat! So I needed something easy, something in the house with a/c. Also, I need something that was not complicated, like I did not have to watch a video to do. So this is how I came upon this. At first, I thought I'll hate it and wont keep up as I'm easily unmotivated. So it turns out I should have started this a long time ago. The reason that I dont even notice I'm exercising! I have this in my living room in front of the tv. So I don't allow myself to watch my favorite shows unless I'm on this machine. So while i'm watching tv, i'm using this and time just passes by. before long, I've been on this thing 45 minutes! It is super super easy to use. There was no learning of any kind. I didn't have to watch any tutorial or anything. I didn't have to follow some plan. I literally just step on it and start walking while my show is on. For those of you who struggle like me to find the motivation, try a machine like that and pair it with someone you like. By the way, I did not get a treadmill because I hate running. Also, I read that this was much better because it's kind of a cross between climbing and walking. ... show more

If you're looking for an elliptical on a budget, this is a great choice. It's fairly compact and will give you a very good workout. A tip: after a few uses it may start creaking a bit (some reviews mention it feeling wobbly.) Use the included tools to go ahead and tighten up all the bolts, especially the 6 on the main column and the 4 attaching the handles to the swing arm (above the hinges). We snugged those up and it operates nearly silently and resolved the "wobbly" feeling. I'm so happy I finally got to buy this equipment. I started searching of what type of equipment should I use, since I can't run a lot because a knee injury I got years ago, but with this type of exercise machine, I get to keep my body in shape. The equipment is easy to assemble, it comes with the tools and with the instructions. Absolutely a 5 star product! Every thing i need for a lot less money than any other ellyptical. Very quiet and a good value for the purchase price. Took a while for me to put together but well worth the effort. Now instead of just watching tv, i am using the ellyptical 1 hour every day!

I just got it 4 days ago. The installation was mainly about following each step. It took us about 1 1/2 hour between my husband and I. He had to use some of his tools though. My big surprise is that I never thought about the length of the strides, and even I am a small woman, it was shorter and I ended up folding my knees too much. I got the elliptical as a way of not using my knees too much like in a bike or a walking machine. I will try it more days before I return it if it is too much for my knees. What I can tell is to look for the length of the strides, otherwise you will ended up using a step machine and maybe with some consequences for your knees ... show more
