  • Worth the money.
Great product! Packaged well. Downside is the application only has few settings to choose from. But if supported by bios everything will work out for you.

  • Not really 4600 with XMP/DOCP/Manual
All settings to enable XMP/DOCP with an AMD Ryzen 3900x, Samsung 980 pro m.2, RTX 3090 and 32GB of this on an Asus ROG 570-E with the latest bios. When enabling DOCP/XMP the board boots and defaults to DDR$ 3200 mhz.... not 4600. I manually tried to update it and with the proper voltage, memory clocks and fabric clocks and no go. Even tried setting it at 3800 or 4000 and still no go. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Asus and this memory is on the QVL which DID NOT WORK. I confronted the Asus rep and they said they don't test it but the memory manufacture tests it which is clearly a lie. Popped my G. Skillz back in and flipped DOCP on and boom it worked at 3600 mhz unlike these. The memory looks nice and RGB is thick and colorful but all that means nothing when it doesn't work at speeds advertised. I returned both 16gb kits and got my 450$ back and invested in a nice new case with lian li RGB lights, save your money and don't waste your time, these shouldn't be this much of an issue after flipping DOCP/XMP on unless you are pushing it pasts its limits which 4600 is not, it is what is advertised. ... show more

  • RAM
Ram work as is should unfortunately my mobo was unable to use XMP profile... Still good.

  • Good memory but not as advertised
I installed it on my Asus Xii formula board (bank1 and 2). Although Asus disclosed this model was a compatible one, it could not pass when XMP was enabled or manually set at its advertised specification. However, it worked at 4400Mhz at the same spec, which I think it is worth to keep.

  • 4600Mhz
RAM did not hit advertised speed of 4600 on Asus ROG Crosshairs VIII Hero and MSI X570 Godlike. I was only able to clock at 4266 but overall it’s still fast ram and cheaper than other manufacturers

  • Cannot get the Frequency nor XMP Profiles
Config: MSI MPG Z490 with the latest BIOS Flashed Intel Core i7 10700K (AIO Liquid Cooled? Samsung 980 Pro 1TB NVMe Gen4 64GB DDR4 UDIMM 2x32 Patriot Viper Steel (Current) ASUS RTX 2070 Mini OC Edition EVGA Super Nova 750 G5 PS I've tried everything I could to get the memory clock to be recognized correctly. I even tried enabling the XMP profiles as these are suppose to be compatible with XMP and the system won't boot with the profiles enabled. When these are installed, my system reads them as as right around 1500MHz when they should be closer to 2000MHz with the memory configuration and MoBo support. I actually bought 32GB (4x8) of these so I wasted well over $400 on RAM with speeds that should have cost well under $150. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE. I wish I kept the packaging so I could try and return these. I've replaced these with Patriot's Viper Steel 64GB kit (2x32) 3600MHz and my PC sees the correct frequency. Again... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE. ... show more

  • Falls apart @ 4 sticks.
Tried 4 sticks with maximum hero xii, @ xmp 2. @ varying block rations and it Keeps rebooting and defaulting under 4600mhz. It's safe zone is 2000-3200 mhz.

  • The 4600MHz lie
These did not run at XMP, even though these are rated for 4600MHz the chances to get them to run at that profile is slim. Even with a MB and CPU that could handle that speed I could not boot after setting XMP with these. Sad.
