Features

  • High Performance Cooling Fan Automatic speed control of the motherboard through the 4PIN PWM fan cable interface, which can determine the speed according to the temperature of the motherboard, with a maximum speed of 1550RPM. Configured with up to 55cm of cable for PWM series control of fans, ideal for cases and CPU coolers.
  • Quality BearingsThe carefully developed quality S-FDB bearings solve the problem of pc cooling fan blade shaking in lifting mode, keeping fan noise to a minimum while providing maximum cooling performance when needed and extending the life of the fan.
  • [Excellent LED light] The high-brightness LED atomizing argb fan blade can effectively reflect the light, making the ARGB lighting effect softer, and it matches the cooler and case more perfectly. Up to 17 modes of light effects with ARGB support, color can be managed and synchronized through the port on motherboard.
  • Silent Fan Size Model: TL-C12C-S X3, Size: 120*120*25mm, Speed: 1550RPM10%, Noise 25.6dBA Connector: 4pin pwm, Current: 0.20A, Air Pressure: 1.53mm H2O, Air Flow: 66.17CFM, Higher air flow for improved cooling performance.
  • Perfect MatchThe PC fan can be used not only as a case fan, but is also suitable for use with a cpu cooler to create a cooling effect together, which can take away the dry heat from the case and the high temperature generated by the CPU in operation, allowing for maximum cooling; Ideal for cases, radiators and CPU coolers.

  • "Great Airflow, Zero Noise, and Killer Lighting Effects!"
Style: TL-C12C-S X3
Just installed the Thermalright TL-C12C-S X3 CPU Fan set in my build, and honestly — these fans deliver way above their price point. First off, airflow and cooling performance are excellent. With speeds up to 1550RPM, they move a good amount of air while staying impressively quiet, even under load. The 4-pin PWM control is spot-on, letting my system ramp up or quiet down smoothly as needed. The S-FDB (fluid dynamic bearing) is a huge plus — these fans run whisper-silent most of the time, and you can tell they're built to last with stable, reliable operation. No annoying rattles, clicks, or wobbles. And of course… the ARGB lighting is a showstopper. Bright, vibrant, and super smooth transitions between colors. They integrated easily with my motherboard’s ARGB header and synced right up with the rest of my rig's lighting setup. Final Verdict: If you’re looking for solid, good-looking case fans that balance performance and silence — without draining your wallet — the Thermalright TL-C12C-S X3 fans are a no-brainer. Great for gamers, builders, or anyone who wants both form and function. Pros: ✔️ Quiet, reliable operation ✔️ Smooth, adjustable PWM control ✔️ Beautiful ARGB lighting effects ✔️ Solid airflow up to 1550RPM ✔️ Great value for a 3-pack Cons: ❌ No ARGB controller included (but easy to sync with motherboard) Highly recommend for any mid-to-high-end build. Color accuracy: perfect Functionality: cools better than i thiught ... show more

  • Great for the price.
Style: TL-C12C-S X3
These are great fans for the cost. Yes I am sure there are others that are probably quiter than these but honestly these are really quite and I can't ever hear them running when I am gaming or rendering video with DaVinci. They are also a perfect match for the fans that came on my AIO (Thermaltake TH360 v2). I have these fans in booth 120mm and 140mm. I have the NZXT H6Flow case. It came with non RGB fans and that was fine but I didn't realize the included fans were not PWM. I looked at the non RGB PWM fans on Amazon and several other sites and most were same price or more as these with RGB with most being more. And the ones that were the same price had a lot of returns and bad reviews. So I figured why not🤷. I haven't been disappointed. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Cost ... show more

  • Fantastic Fans For The Price Worth The Investment
Style: TL-C12C-S X3
I built a computer back in November of 2024. I was able to get all new parts except for case fans. I had to use the old ones from my previous build. That being said, my computer was lightning fast but had an ugly whirring sound that was very obvious and apparent to anyone who entered my office and listened to the fans. Enter these fans. Yesterday I cleaned up my computer and gutted out all 5 of the old fans. I purchased two packs of these 3 quantity ThermalRight rgb fans. WARNING: If you want RGB functionality make sure you have enough RGB headers on your motherboard! I purchased a FAN hub that only gave power to the fans, NOT a fan hub that ALSO has RGB functionality!! If you're looking for your fans to light up make sure to either have an appropriate amount of RGB headers on your MB or buy a fan hub with RGB functionality! As of this review the hub that I purchased only gives power to my fans and one of the fans has its rgb 3 pin connector attached to my motherboard-- it is the only fan with light and color. If I had a fan hub with RGB connection all of my fans would be on right now. So beware; if you have regular fans that don't have rgb just get a regular fan hub because the one I purchased is technically doing it's job. All of my fans are on and began spinning successfully on the first time POST'ing again... They are ULTRA quiet. I don't hear a single thing. Major boost in peace from the older fans I had -- their sound is wedged into my soul forever... Now this computer feels like the new computer that it actually is. Fast, efficient, and deadly quiet. They all run fast up to 1500rpm and my CPU and GPU are idling at least 10 degrees celsius cooler than before with all 6 fans installed. Overall I am very very happy with these fans; just make sure if you get the RGB variant to have enough connectors on your motherboard or to have a fan AND rgb hub. The one fan that does have its light on is incredibly bright and is adjustable with motherboard software; can be made brighter or dimmer to your preference. Once I purchase the fan and RGB hub I will come post a picture to my review of my rig. ... show more

  • Good budget fan some what quiet at lowest rpm
Style: TL-C12C X3
They have a bit of a drone to them at medium rpm range. I went with these for pice and to match my thermal right peerless assassin 140 cooler. If you run them at their absolute lowest rpm they are fairly quiet and they seem to push air well at their lowest rpm. Be warned that I use a fan controller however. I have five of these hooked up to a fan controller and I’m disappointed because of the ‘quiet’ advertising. My hearing may be a bit more sensitive than other. If your doing a podcast you don’t want these in your pc next to you imo. They are of good value however if you can get away with using their lowest rpm. You could buy 9 of these for the price of a premium noctua fan. I was trying to avoid spending over $200 in fans but unfortunately it doesn’t look like that is gonna happen and will have to get the premium stuff. The premium noctua or be quiet stuff is $30 each. So five noctua fans is a whopping $150. I had to give four stars because of the price to performance ratio. If these were $15 I’d probably give 3 stars for example. I just wish they were more silent at their lowest rpm, but that’s what separates a premium $30 noctua fan to a $7 budget fan like this. ... show more
