This product has blown my expectations out of the water. It felt much more premium on install than the broken MSI cooler that I was replacing. Install itself was easy enough, typical instructions and process for an AIO. Fit my Intel 1200 socket fine. The bracket is smart and easy to work with. What's been crazy is how cool my chip is running. It's an 11th gen i7 and at full load I'm not exceeding 65 C. My previous AIO was probably 10 C hotter! The fans run quietly and the RGB worked as expected. The screen is a really nice touch, and the software that customized it isn't so bad. Maybe a little clunky to figure out, but it's simple once you figure out how to make changes. All in all, this product seems like a home run for Thermalright. I'm interested to see how long the pump lasts, but if exceeds 3 years for this price I'd be happy.

It's still hard to imagine that I could get a 360mm radiator with ARGB fans and a large LCD for such a great price. Installation was easy and CPU temp are easily comparable to much more expensive brands. The best part is that there's third party Linux support for the LCD, making this a slam dunk for my new build!

Keeps my CPU cool, even using their difficult thermal compound. That stuff was hard to extract from the tube and even harder to try and spread prior to placement on CPU. My CPU runs within specs of the 265KF, just wondering if the provided compound was worthy or not, had some spendy compound on hand, but wanted to use it just as intended. Steaming and crunching for BOINC, CPU is at 39C. I used the software others mentioned slowed down their gaming, I do not game, I like all the options the software gives me so will take a chance with it. Scans of my PC with Malwarebytes and Norton did not raise any flags using it, and using a monitor I do not see it using much memory or processor power. I had ran the cable so the USB-C was on bottom of display but when it fired up the image was off 90 so the cable is on the left, it was hidden better on bottom, and the software likely did have option to rotate, I did not look. Chose a pattern and a background and been using that since day 1, maybe one day I try something else, this is more than adequate since not even looking at it... who wants to do anything more than glance or show it off anyhow? I heard rumors this company actually makes their own coolers unlike other name brand units I was more familiar with like Arctic.

Installed with Artic xm7 thermal paste, getting an idle temp is around 30C and while testing it under load the temp never got over 54C. Stock cooler was hitting 98C under the same load, so it's worth every penny to me. RGBs look great, build quality fells sold, I haven't programmed the screen yet, but it really pops.

Good quality, good value for money. Assembly is quite straight forward, though I did mess up on my side by not measuring dimensions well, but all in all very impressed with the product. CPU temps now hang around in 40s and 50s at some time and the software is quite easy once you get the hang of theming it.
