Features

  • Brand ProfileThermalright is a Taiwanese brand with more than 20 years of development history. It has a certain popularity in the domestic and foreign markets, and has a decisive influence in the cooler market. We have been focusing on the research and development of computer accessories, and the research and development product line includes: CPU air-cooler/water-cooler radiators, case fans, thermal paste, fan controllers, mounting brackets and other products.
  • Excellent cooling effectUsing flat copper base water block + 360 specification black aluminum fin cold plate + polymer woven protective water pipe + standard configuration of 120mm PWM fan, to create a low-resistance, high-cooling, low-evaporation, high-life integrated water-cooled cooler.
  • Unique pump designThe pump is the architecture of the fourth gen 2800RPM10%, to ensure long-term and excellent CPU cooling.
  • 3 PWM fan temperature controlWith TL-E12 V2 series fan, the CPU fan with temperature control function can automatically adjust the speed according to the temperature, and the injection of steel core copper bushing makes the S-FDB bearing of the fan more obvious, not only reducing friction and vibration, but also reducing sound and prolonging life during operation. The high speed of 1850RPM combined with the CPU water radiator can quickly carry away the high temperature.
  • High compatibilityThermalright water cooling Support AMD: AM4/AM5, Intel: 1150/1151/1155/1156/1200/1851/1700, each platform comes with the corresponding installation fastener, the installation steps are simple, can be well installed on the corresponding CPU platform, it is recommended to install according to the installation video.

  • Worth the money but it is noisy
Style: Frozen Prism 360 Black
I purchased this water cooler because the stock air cooler that came with my Ryzen 5600X wasn’t cutting it during extended gaming sessions. After about an hour of gaming, my CPU temps would spike, forcing me to stop playing. I decided to research affordable AIO water coolers and came across this one. **Installation:** The installation process was straightforward. It took me about an hour and a half to install, but that’s because I’m very careful and meticulous. For others, it might take as little as 20 minutes. The thermal paste that came with the cooler was dried out and unusable. Good thing I had some thermal paste laying around the house. **Performance:** With the AMD Wraith Stealth cooler, my CPU idled at around 49°C and would climb to 80-90°C while gaming, eventually exceeding 95°C. This water cooler completely changed the game. My CPU now idles at 32°C and tops out at 58°C during long gaming sessions. The cooling performance is outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and effective cooling solution. **Noise Level:** My only complaint is the noise. The fans are quite loud, comparable to the sound of a wall-mounted air conditioner. My wife jokingly says it sounds like I’m starting an airplane. While gaming, the sound isn’t as noticeable since it gets drowned out by the game audio. However, during quieter activities like browsing the internet or writing reviews, it can get annoying. EDIT: So I just downloaded the software for my motherboard that allows me to control my system fans. I set it to smart fan and it raises and lowers the fan speeds according to temperature. This alleviated the sound by alot. as they run at about 50-60% fan speed now. Without this software they run at 100% all of the time which is why it is so loud. Even at 50-60% is still a little louder than I would like, however my noise levels went from 60dB to 43dB. That is a very large reduction in sound. According to my research here is what those sound levels are comparable too. 40 dB: A quiet office or residential area, or light rain 50 dB: Moderate rainfall or a refrigerator 60 dB: A normal conversation or an electric toothbrush **Final Thoughts:** Despite the noise, I find the exceptional cooling performance and affordable price well worth the tradeoff. If you’re okay with a bit of extra noise, this cooler is an excellent choice! ... show more

  • Great performance but loudish fans
Style: Frozen Prism 360 Black
The fans can be loud at higher speeds, but if you run them at 800-1000 RPM, they're nice and quiet, and that's really all the cooling you need anyway. Also, run the AIO pump at 100% (it's not loud at all), and it keeps a 9800X3D down to around 81°C max in Cinebench.

  • Very impressive for such an inexpensive AIO
Style: Frozen Prism 360 Black
I've bought three of these now for Ryzen 9950X and 9950X3D powered systems. They are inexpensive and work extremely well.

  • works great
Style: Frozen Prism 360 Black
Running on a Ryzen 5 3600, idle temps are 27c, and i can keep it below 50c at full load. It came with thermal paste, but i prefer my brand so i bought it too. First liquid cooling, and im not dissapointed even though this is cheaper than most. Only drawback is it's very loud on full speed.

  • Frequently underfilled
Style: Frozen Prism 360 Black
This brand seems to have trouble with QC. I've owned 4 of these (two 360, and two 240) and one each was very underfilled. You can tell it's underfilled because even if you shake it with the radiator held high up before installation to work out all the bubbles, you'll still get constant bubbling noise unless you run the pump at 100% which will eventually turn all of the bubbles into microbubbles. Then, your temps will suck when your PC first wakes from sleep since all those microbubbles have worked their way out. It will be loud and bubbly again until the process repeats. There is a reason this is a "Frequently returned item". It's because you have to play roulette until you get the one that was built correctly. Don't bother with Thermalright support, they'll just refer you to the store (and if it's past the store return period, you're SOL - they do not stand behind their product nor do they understand what 'warranty' or 'RMA' means). ... show more

  • Great budget AIO Great budget AIO
Style: Frozen Prism 360 Black
Update - Amazon sent out a new one the very next day - this one doesn't sound like a dying animal . Works perfectly , keeps my i7 12th gen idling at 30c and around 50c under gaming load ! I'd argue it compares to the more expensive ones - it does it's job and it's fairly quiet . Would give 5 stars, but the first one was a DUD. Product arrived non functional - pump has a bad grinding noise . It looks great, but no cooling ( ya know , the whole point of this ?) Gonna give it a second shot , Amazon is sending me a new one . Will update if the second one works out better . ... show more
