I disliked the time it took to receive this item but that was not an issue with Amazon but rather USPS. Anyway, these thermals seem to be well made. The material used makes for comfortable wear. They fit perfectly underneath your clothing, they are warm, and I would certainly recommend this product.

Purchased a set of these for my husband 2 years ago, and this last Christmas he asked for another set because he loved them so much. Coming from individuals who are a bit older - we were used to the old school "long johns" and this is such game changer for my husband. Between working outside and hunting all the time, these are a must in wearing underneath clothes to provide additional coverage. My husband says they are warm, flexible and easy to move in. There have been times he has even not wore them because they made him "too warm". The stretch is great, and they hold up amazing. I wasn't too sure about then when I got them. I had a pair or Carhartt long underwear and needed to replace the but the price tag had gone up so I wanted something a bit cheaper. I really only wear these when I walk my dogs in the cold. When they first arrived and I tried them on, they seem to little tight. Which I kind of understand. But I wasn't too sure. But once I adjusted them for comfort and got used to them, I was pleasantly surprised. I prefer the material to the Carhartt ones and they work just as well as those. This set is cheaper than just the Carhartt long underwear. I wasn't sure if I'd wear the top but I actually find it comfortable and wear them both when I walk my dogs. Ordered this set hoping to find a replacement for more expensive items. Was mildly impressed but not enough to exchange, just return. Read a lot of other reviews to figure out sizing since this was a first time order and came to the conclusion 3X was for me. I am 5ft 11in, 300lb. When the set arrived, I tried them on to check the fit. The shirt fit ok, but was definitely too short in the body for me. I think the 4X would have been too big though for a base layer and likely still too short in body length. The pants were longer than expected but not terribly so. The problem arose when I noticed a hole in the seam of the black panel on the thigh. I checked it and it looked like the panel had been improperly cut and still sewn together. Not sure if my included photo will properly show that but I tried. Since the only way I could find these was as a set, I decided to just return it and order something else. Lucky for me, it was during all the sale price drops so the more expensive items suddenly became much more affordable. The sizes for these are certainly not for American buyers. Not too far off but could use some improvement. I don't think this one order speaks to overall quality so I won't say not to order these, but you should thoroughly check them before deciding to keep them. I can't speak to how well they work since I didn't get an opportunity to wear them. Maybe others will have a better experience with these, but they're not for me. ... show more
