I LOVE Fox Tan products! This Rapid Tanning Elixer is the best. It is NOT a self tanning product so don't think k you're going g yo tan immediately. To get the deepest "natural" tan start putting this lotion on your arms, legs, face, etc 3 to 5 days prior to going out to tan. This will increase the melanin in your skin and you'll get a natural, beautiful, sun kissed tan. I've been using this product for at least 3 years. Best Tan Ever

I SWEAR by this stuff. I've been using it for years to help tan darker and faster and I'm obsessed with this. It smells good and the pump bottle is so easy to use. I always buy two or three before a trip and start using it a few weeks before going in the sun.

Great prep for the beach/pool

It really works! This is my 4th year using and my daughter, who will get splotchy patch-like tans and burn had been able to tan evenly every time she preps with this before getting out in the sun (usually 5-7 days prior). But you do need to use SPF SPF!

Grain like particules

This is usually good tanning lotion. I use it every summer. But this bottle i got has white grain in it. So when you apply it you have dried sand like particules on your body. I'm not sure if it was old or what happened. Other then that i would definitely buy the product again. You get dark fast.

Surprisingly Deep Tan Early in the Season

I picked up The Fox Tan Rapid Tanning Elixir mostly out of curiosity. I spend a decent amount of time outside now with my Mustang convertible, so I figured I would give it a try and see if it actually made any difference. Performance: Honestly, I cannot say with certainty how much of the result came directly from the product itself, but I will say this: my wife commented that she has never seen me this tan this early in the season. That alone tells me something is working. I think it may be a combination of using this along with getting more consistent sun exposure from driving with the top down. Feel / Quality: The lotion itself feels light enough going on and was easy to use. It did not leave me feeling greasy or uncomfortable afterward, which is something I usually dislike with tanning products. Limitation: The biggest thing is that it is hard to scientifically judge how much credit goes to the product versus simply spending more time in the sun lately. So if you are expecting some dramatic overnight transformation, keep expectations realistic. Conclusion: Overall, I have been happy with it. Whether it is the product alone or the combination of this plus more convertible time, I definitely ended up with a deeper tan faster than usual this year. ... show more
