Just want to give a warning on using this with other products. I also daily use heat patches infused with capsaicin. Make sure you are cleaned up good before switching between the two. Capsaicin and menthol mixed together are not your friend. If your like me you will get a chemical reaction resulting in a superhuman burst of cardio like power to speed yourself to the nearest sink and wash this off. Note I get same reaction when using other products of this type like Biofreeze. Otherwise you guys have an excellent product at a great price. I am going to PT. This product is as good as Biofreeze (they should have frozen the price years ago) for me without the unconscionable price gouging that should be investigated by Congress! Thanks, Amazon, for providing a better alternative!
