this is a game changer! I have used it 4 times so far. My skin felt tighter after the first session. It cycles through red, red + NIR, Blue LED light. 4 minutes each. there are also 3 vibrations to choose from (for the LED light cycles you cannot select one and a time, but its really easy to cycle back to the one you want) it has adjustable velcro straps for fit, it does leave a little indention mark on my nose and forehead, but it goes away quickly. I have been researching red light therapy, It gives your skin cells an energy boost so they can repair themselves better. Over time, it will help support collagen, calm inflammation, and improve skin texture. With consistent use, you can expect to see small but noticeable improvements in fine lines, smoothness, and redness — nothing extreme, just healthier-looking skin.

The TheraFace Mask Glo has honestly been one of my favorite skincare purchases. It’s super easy to use, feels premium, and the 12-minute sessions fit perfectly into my routine. After a few weeks, my skin looked brighter, smoother, and more even overall. I also love the built-in vibration feature—it makes the whole experience feel relaxing instead of just another skincare step. Definitely expensive, but if you’re serious about skincare and consistency, it feels worth the investment.

I’ve been using the Therabody TheraFace Mask Glow LED mask and overall my experience has been very positive. At first, it feels a bit heavy, but the fit is so well designed that it sits perfectly on the face, making the weight barely noticeable during use. I noticed an improvement in my skin right after the first use—it looks more radiant and smoother, which was a pleasant surprise. The vibration feature is also a standout; it creates a wonderfully relaxing experience and makes the whole routine feel like a mini spa moment at home. Definitely a great addition to my skincare routine!

Bit difficult to fully articulate how I feel about this product, but I’m returning it, hence the 1 star, so that should give you an idea. I’ll put a full list of problems I guess. Problems: -> After using the device daily for about 3 weeks, the LEDs stopped being fully red after about 20 seconds of use, despite being fully charged, and go to a light orange (as shown in the picture and video), this is not supposed to happen and I confirmed this is a problem with the manufacturer’s support staff via email. This change in behavior IS noticeable, even if it doesn’t seem like it with the video and picture. When you use something every day for weeks, you know when it acts differently. -> The vibration pads cover areas of the brow and leave indents on your skin when worn, which obviously means light isn’t hitting those areas either, so if you care about your brow area, this ain’t it. -> The vibration pads are always on by default and can be incredibly annoying. There should have been an option to turn them off completely, especially in consideration to the cost of the mask. It should have been an option. -> The light cycles are only 3 minutes of each type of light and you cannot change that. If you want more of one type of light, you have to manually cycle through them again, and turn off the vibration pads again if you don’t want them on. -> The eye guards are very uncomfortable and left an imprint on my face for about 40-ish minutes after a single use (9 minutes). I ended up just taking them off because of this, as it made the mask fit better. -> There are areas that aren’t covered. Mainly the nose, chin, back of the jawline, and brow area. -> It is very expensive. This is one of the most expensive masks on the market and you’d think you’d be getting a premium item because of that premium price, but considering it stopped working as intended in the first month of daily use, that clearly isn’t the case. -> The battery life seems to be an issue. I think the orange light problem stems from the battery not being able to deliver enough power to the mask. Despite never leaving the USB-C charger on after it was fully charged (leaving fully charged batteries connected is absolutely horrible for battery life), it will only last around 5 full 9 minute cycles before needing a charge again. -> The mask stand is not very good. If you’re gentle and play a little balancing act, it will stay on the stand, but if you just place it on the stand it will try to fall off (No, I didn’t let it fall). -> Ventilation of the mask is poor. You can tell a little bit of condensation from your breathing is being built up during use, which will almost certainly affect how the light reaches your skin and how much of it reaches. There are couple positives about the mask that I will add despite having a negative over-all opinion about it. Positives: -> I did see some minor improvements in my skin’s complexion and smoothness of my skin after 3 weeks of consistent daily use, so when it does work, you’ll get results. That’s a big “if” on it continuing to work like it should though. -> It’s easy to clean after being used. -> Without the eye guards, it fits pretty decently, minus the vibration pads. -> It’s very simple to use, minus the vibration pads again, of course. I don’t have anything else positive to say about the mask beyond those things. I don’t think the juice is worth the squeeze so to speak. Personally, I’m just going to go with a panel after getting my money back. Hopefully that works out better as all masks seem to share one or more of these issues from looking at reviews of others.

A well made LED face mask. I’m new to this type of self care, but so happy I took the risk to buy this. The value is one of the best compared to other LED face masks. My wife has noticed improvement in my skin, color, and a nice glow. Therabody makes excellent products that last for years if the owner takes care of them. I would highly recommend this face mask.

I just decided to pull the trigger and invest in this LED mask, and while there are things I like, there are also things that I think should be improved. The vibration setting confuses me, it doesn’t feel like a ‘massage’ it just feels like your head is vibrating, I have it off at all times, but you need to cycle through all of the vibration settings to turn it off, each time you use it. The main thing I really struggle with though is the weight of this mask- I have to hold it up with my hand the entire time, which isn’t ideal. And even when I am holding it, it leaves deep marks on my face, around my eyes and nose from where the pressure sits. If I’m actively trying to get rid of my wrinkles while simultaneously creating new ones, this doesn’t seem worth it to me. Since it is so heavy/large, I can’t imagine trying to travel with this thing. Pro’s- I love the eye protection so I can see and continue to do things while wearing it. I also love that it goes fully over the mouth so my lips can be receiving the same benefits. Overall, the weight is a deal breaker for me. If I want to use this in the morning before leaving the house, I have to wait until all the marks on my face are gone, which surprisingly takes pretty long as they are deep marks. It looks like I’ve been laying with my face in a massage table hole, unfortunately not a cute look.

You need to be persistent in using each day, but you’ll appreciate the results after just a couple of weeks. Amazing results on crows feet. Blue light zone has cleared up my acne issues. No regrets.
