I like that this " Then I Met You" product was developed and produced by a small independent brand run by a woman. It is made in Korea. This is a facial product with good quality ingredients that will work for most people to refresh skin. The only negative for me is the price. At $56, it's a little pricey for the amount of product provided. There are other brands that have the same two main active ingredients that are priced less for a larger quantity. So that is something to consider. But this is still a good, sound choice.

It does tingle when you put it on, but it leaves my skin so soft and refreshed! My pores look so much better after I use the mask. Just overall it leaves my skin looking so much better and fresh.

I love a good resurfacing peel or mask for giving my skin a quick boost. This one really delivered. I left it on for only 10 minutes, and I felt some mild tingling but didn't have any irritation. It left my normal but "mature" skin smoother and softer. Later that night, I noticed my skin looked bright and even, and my cheeks had a natural rosy glow. The mask comes in a pretty blue and purple pink jar that looks like glass but is hard plastic. A little scoop that says "Glow Deeper" is included, and I appreciate the message about cultivating jeong on the box. It also says it is made in Korea and lasts 12 months after opening. It smells mildly herbal, kinda like rosemary although it doesn't seem to have any rosemary in it. There is fragrance added. It's not the fun type of mask that looks good in photos. It looks pinkish in the jar and has darker flecks, and it goes on like a clear gel with random brownish spots. But, it has great ingredients that give skin a gentle chemical peel. I highly recommend it. Update (12/14/22): My skin felt amazing for several days after using this product and still feels improved a week later. This is my new favorite peel, and although it is a bit pricey, I think it will work out to be about the same or less per use than my usual brand.

This is a very good product, hydrated my skin well, but it is very expensive which really puts it out of my price range for regular use. Presentation is important: It comes in a cute blue box, when you open the lid there is a message "It was all so dull, then I met you". On the side of the box is the rest of the message, "It was all so dull, I used to rush, I was looking for purpose, then I met you". It made me smile! The mask itself is in a frosted glass jar colored the same as the box, graduating down into a rose color. An applicator is included. The main ingredients per the container are lactic acid, salicylic acid, resveratrol and damask rose petals. This mask is a gel texture, I couldn't detect much of an odor, I am not able to discern the scent of roses. It feels cool and soothing to the skin. After use, I thought that my skin looked brighter and softer, but time will tell how it looks with more regular use. I like it so far but would not buy any when this runs out.

I've used this product for years now and absolutely love it. I use it 1-2 times/week and notice drastically improved tone and reduced fine lines. I was new to acid masks when I first started so I started with a thin layer and then asy skin grew more tolerant I would increase the amount of product used and/or length of time I would keep it. 10/10 will continue using!
