Had second one break in under 20 days. The problem seems to be that they do not file the holes in the wood spreaders, so when weight in hammock the sharp unfiled holes rub on the end stingss and break them. The hammocks are for up to 400lbs. I am 260 lbs and used the hammock care fully. Some one needs to look at the safety of users. I love the short spreaders.

I put it up on my hammock stand to replace an old rope style. The first time I sat on it I dropped on my ass because the end loops were not tied correctly and just pulled out. I spent an hour restringing it. I intentionally bought one with a spreader on the end to keep it open. The spreader is only a foot wide, so doesn't keep it open. Plus the loops from the center are all the same length. What happens when the same length has to go through the spreader at the end, the have less length left and essentially pull it closer in a semi circle around you, closing it more instead of spreading it. Overall lacks quality in construction.

I’m really glad I took a chance on this hammock. I had previously purchased a nylon hammock which was actually too thin and allowed mosquitoes to bite through the material which made laying out quite uncomfortable. So I was in the market for a thicker material. I liked the design and the cotton material. For me it was important to have a Natural fiber to allow for breathability as well. Sweating has not been an issue with this hammock at all the way I had with a nylon one. I thought the price was super reasonable and it arrived fairly quickly despite Amazon saying it would’ve taken longer. I think they may be getting their logistics issues in order. Set up is pretty easy if you have a hammock stand or a set of straps to attach to a tree. I like the spreader bar at the top as well because it gives more horizontal space to enjoy while laying out. I think it’s really well-made. I’ll upload some photos to show how I set mine up. Pretty sure anyone looking for a hammock will enjoy this one.

If you need comfort and a great way to relax, this is it!. Took me longer to open the Amazon box and unwrap it, than install the hammock. So simple, and so comfortable. It feels like a really big pillow that flows in the air. The tree hammock straps were long enough and I didn't have to use the additional ropes it came with. It is quite steady with the help of the 2 wood pieces attached on the ropes and I am not afraid to get in it with my baby as well, we both getting lots of naps since I bought this wonderful and colorful cotton hammock! I am really happy that I chose this double hammock as I wanted to be large enough and I got the accessories to help me hang it everywhere, and I recommend to everybody to use their tip to stuff the carry bag and use it as a pillow! I will enjoy this for a long while! LOVE IT

I’m new to the whole world of hammocks and did a lot of research to find the best hammock/stand so my husband and I could snuggle in the hammock together. This particular with the shorter spacer-bar on the ends looker ideal as the full stretcher bar seemed too tippy to me and the ones without a stretcher just looked like human pods. There is a lot (A LOT) of stretch to this hammock so I had to hang it higher than I thought I would have to. Anyway, TL;DR- it’s great for one person but I really don’t see how you’re getting two adults in this thing

The hammock itself is wonderful. I really like the design and color pattern. Very retro yet sleek. Absolutely what I love in a product. and high quality too. The black link sleeves you are given with two D rings make it easy to put up just about anyway. However.........THE CLAMPS. God dammit the clamps. I cursed for 50mins arguing with those tight sluckers to fit over the damn intended design. Genuinely whoever thought.........YA lets add 3/8 THICKNESS of rope to the outer god Darn clamp so that there is NO LITERAL way of getting it over easily. You got to be strong.......and the best part.......even if you are, even if you do everything right....its still too thick. Literally without the rope its still tight, so with it you have to one hell of time. Plus the way the clamps open / have a literal pointed edge that is angled TOWARDS the rope as you take it on and off.......making sure it catches every groove. This product INFURIATED ME multiple times due to the SIMPLE over sights of design. You could NOT of made it fit worse....

Love the bright stripes, fabric, hang-ability, and value of this hammock. The wooden bars at either end are a little short to keep the hammock feeling "open"; doesn't easily hold 2 adults, and sort of envelopes must-me, the fabric folding over me. That said, it's comfortable and attractive, and I make it work.

This is a beautiful and sturdy hammock with spreader bars at the ends so it doesn’t wrap around you. The fabric is thick and the colors are bold. Comes with sturdy straps and carabiners and is easy to hang. It’s great for my backyard, but if I want to pack it up when I travel it would be very easy. It comes with a little carrying bag. Can’t wait for the warm weather to enjoy it.
