I got the runners box and it was full of great items. I was missing a lot, but once I emailed the company and explained what I was missing, they sent me items to replace it. 10/10 recommend and I will be ordering again! Perfect my for cross country running son of mine. :)

Not only was it missing items, they didn’t replace it with something else. Once I reached out to customer service, they did not seem to want to send items I was missing. In the description, it also does not say items can be replaced with something else. I spent 50.00 on something and didn’t even get all that is listed. Good product but won’t be purchasing again considering I’m missing about 5 items.

This is an excellent collection for a bike-riding enthusiast. There is a good selection of products (as shown in the product photos) and they come in a nice box--not overly gifty in appearance, but sturdy and useful for the purpose. I wasn't familiar with all of the assorted products, but a fellow bike enthusiast was familiar with nearly every product in the box, verifying that these are not just cheap fillers for the box.
