I've wanted a Ridge wallet since they first came out. And after looking through all the knock offs since The ridge wallet is a little pricey....I decided to get it over the knock offs, and I'm glad I did. I'm no minimalist by anymeans, but this thing makes carrying a wallet so much more comfortable. Even fully loaded (I've only done 10 cards) it's still small and compact and lightweight. I prefer to carry it in my front pocket now due to its size and lightweight I feel it could fall out my back pocket and I'd never know. And as a personal plus for myself, when I go to events or casinos etc I tend to carry the minimum I need out of my wallet like ID, Debit card, 1 Credit card, and my cash all rubberbanded together....which NOW this makes it a little more professional, and feels more secure. The quality is top notch in my opinion, even thou it's still made in China I don't think any knock off would feel this stout. I will say it's taking some getting use to though. Your gonna fumble with removing cards for a minute...it can be troubling trying to remove a specific card without removing 2 or 3 of them. But slowly you'll start to get the hang of it and figure out what works best for you. Ridge suggests putting your 2 most used cards in front and back as those will be the easiest to access. The cash strap is a little meh. It works and is tight enough you won't lose bills, but has little room without becoming to bulky. I folded up 8 bills together and kinda made it too bulky looking and wasn't to sure about its securement...I know they say "5 bills max" but I wanted to test it out. 1 or 2 bills is totally fine so far, but I don't carry cash much so it works for me. All in all very happy with the purchase, and I hope this helps someone with there decision on purchasing one.

Love this wallet. Super sleek and small. Only thing I don’t like about it is it’s difficult to spread out your cards for what you want but was expecting with something like this. Definitely can’t go back to a regular wallet after having this.

Pros: I really like the aesthetics of this wallet. I think it looks very nice. The Ridge wallet seems to be very well made. It feels like quality. We will see how long the strap lasts, but after a couple of months of use it has held up with no issues. It is exactly what I wanted from a minimalist standpoint. I can put it in my front pocket without it obviously "printing". Reviews complain about not being able to hold very many cards, and this is true. But I bought it as a small travel wallet, so it does exactly what it is advertised as. I have seven cards in mine, and that seems fine. I rarely use cash, but I like to have some on-hand just in case, and the strap does allow for a few bills to be included. The RFID blocking is a nice benefit. Cons: It is quite expensive for what it is. For this price point I expected this wallet to be made in America, but the box indicates that it is made in China. Like other reviewers have mentioned, it can be tricky getting to any of the cards that are not on the outside of the stack. Put your most-used cards on either end, and it isn't too bad getting to these ones. Cards in the middle require pushing the whole stack out and fanning through. I struggled going between three or four stars for this wallet. My original purchase intent was to use it primarily for travel, but I have found that I have not gone back to my leather wallet. The Ridge wallet is what it is advertised as (a minimalist, RFID-blocking wallet), so as long as you are good with that and with the price point, then it is easily a four start product. If you expect it to be as convenient to access everything as a traditional wallet, then you may be disappointed. If it gets lost, I may try a cheaper option to see if I notice the quality difference. But so far, for how I want to use it, I would recommend this wallet.

I’ve had my Ridge Wallet for a few years now and it’s a bit of a love hate relationship. It absolutely does its job, it holds all the cards I need and keeps cash secure but ergonomics aren’t its strong suit. It’s not comfortable to sit on in a back pocket, so you’re basically forced to carry it in a front pocket. Getting to your first or last card is quick, but anything in the middle takes some digging. You’ll usually have to pull out the whole credit card sandwich to get what you need. Even with those quirks, I’ve stuck with it. Over time, I’ve just gotten used to its design and learned to work around it. Durability wise, it’s impressive. My titanium version has aged nicely. The powder coating chips a little after drops, but it gives it character instead of looking beat up. I eventually swapped the cash strap for Ridge’s AirTag money clip which has been a nice upgrade. So yeah, it’s a complicated relationship with this wallet… but after years of use, I honestly can’t imagine switching to anything else.

Not an avid review writer, but this "wallet" has earned it. So many things are now available digitally that I finally decided to make the shift to minimalism with the one thing many of us have carried since our youth, that giant, flapping, multi-layered mess that turns into a catch-all; our beloved standard wallets. For the product itself: elastic bands hold cards tightly and actually takes (just enough) effort to get out and I have not had any sign of a card slipping out accidentally. Exterior is very durable. I don't tend to ever carry cash, so the cash strap the product came with does an exceptional job of carrying a small metal "All-in-one" credit card sized multi-tool ("Pocket-Monkey" tool, for those interested). I intentionally pared down the number of cards (IDs, credit, bank, zoo pass, etc.) I carry to 7 total and the wallet has plenty more room for times I might need to add for specific reasons. Plenty of cheaper offerings out there, and I can't speak for their quality, but, for something I expect to last a very long time, I feel very comfortable with the cost/reward here after using it for several weeks now. Feels just as dependable, and far more secure, than my old tri-fold leather wallet that served me well until it became obsolete.
