I'm an inventory/equipment manager at a large specialty clinic that's undergoing rapid growth and wanted a better grasp of the financial side of the hospital. This book has benefits no matter what level of management you're in. It's very to easy understand as someone without a business/accounting background. There are formulas for guiding purchasing/budgeting decisions, lists of common mistakes, guides for how to generate revenue, etc. One thing I also love is that it talks about how to get your staff on board with the financial goals of the hospital when we're such a service driven industry.
