Most Uber driver books I have read all say the same thing; be positive, hand out water and snacks, bend over backwards and you might make it. This book actually gives the driver tools on how to find the best hours and spots to work for your situation. It talks about making and meeting goals, what to look for in customer service. This booklet is worth the read if you're new at driving for Uber/Lyft or you're considering becoming a driver. I do wish he would include additional ways of making money as a driver, like Cargo.
