I have been a Amazon shopper for many years now and have bought thousands of products. I have never written a review until now. I have had 6 major back surgeries and 1 neck surgery. I have been through 6 beds. We finally purchased the high end Sleep Number bed. Even though it is a great bed, I needed a topper for my back, neck and shoulders. I have purchased 5 bed toppers. This bed topper is absolutely amazing. I do not wake up in any pain and finally sleep through the night. I saw this topper advertised on a commercial on TV. So I thought I would give it a try and glad I did. If you are looking for an amazing bed topper this is the one you need to get. It is NOT like all the other bed toppers. It feels different and does what it is supposed to do. I was skeptical at first due to trying topper after topper. This one is by far the best topper on the market. My wife and I spent a lot of time finding just the right mattress but we all know a fully worn in mattress on the shop floor is never the same as it is in your home. We have it plenty of time to wear in and ultimately decided we didn't want the hassle of exchanging the mattress. Instead we bought a topper that was nearly $200 and absolutely hated it. I saw this one and the reviews everywhere were great. My wife was hesitant but we got it anyway. I'm happy to say that while the Dormeo is really expensive, it is truly worth it. My only complaint is that it doesn't wrap around the mattress like a fitted sheet. Instead, you have to buckle it down on all four corners and it eventually will get loose so you will need to fix it again. I feel like this would work better if there was a belt that connected the left and right sides making it where they wouldn't easily come off. All that side, I would gladly buy this topper again. Arrived on time. It was packaged well. The mattress was vacuumed sealed and folded over in heavy plastic, rolled up and then inserted into a tight fitting fabric bag, as if I want to back pack it? It was quite a job just trying to get it out of the bag. Yes, there is a 30 day return guarantee but good luck trying to re-vacuum seal it to allow you to get it back in the original bag, that's not possible. After laying the mattress out for 24 hours, to let it to breath and expand, I saw no difference, it's about 3 inches thick, comfortable and my wife is happy with it. And it saved me Several thousand dollars in buying a new mattress, so far. ... show more
