These are lightweight & sturdy. Usually, I’m a very spoiled Pampered Chef consumer, but these really take cake! These were designed with function first and fashionably decorated as a big plus! Oh so nice - NOT to use a heavy stoneware bowl, for a big batch of potato salad. And the lid too - these travel nicely for sharing and sit nicely on any table. The lid actually allows these to go securely in a picnic basket too- and something can sit on top of the bowl in transit. The nesting feature is great for compact storage. LOVE the sturdy non-slip grip on the bottom of each bowl - best feature! These fit perfectly in the refrigerator and are not too heavy when filled to the brim. I have purchased two additional sets as gifts and everyone has been very pleasantly surprised! It’s been quite some time since I have been this overjoyed with something so very simple! These containers are FANTASTIC. I originally bought them because I needed mixing bowls for baking purposes. The designs on these were very pretty. I liked that they weren't glass because I'm pretty clumsy and break glass often, but they also didn't look like cheap throwaway containers. They match my orange kitchen perfectly. The different sizes are incredibly useful. The fact that they all have their own airtight lid is even MORE useful. They go from being a prepration container to also holding all kinds of food. They're an awesome staple to have in the kitchen and I don't regret buying them at all, even though I was initially hesitant. ... show more

I bought this items for my wife and she absolutely loves them. As for myself I found that they are easy to clean even after sitting for a couple hours without rinsing off, I was surprised that the are as durable as they are being how lightweight they are. These bowls are BEAUTIFUL! My husband (the Engineer) even commented on the stack ability and the colors and patterns as they will be pleasantly sized for mixing as well as serving. I’ve been looking at these bowls for months and finally bought them. GREAT VALUE!

    • I love them, but with one exception!
I absolutely love these bowls, with one exception. They are beautiful, colorful, I love the kids and material. But my lid on the smallest bowl is pretty close to impossible to get on. :( my husband and I both get frustrated with it and sometimes we end up using plastic wrap instead of the lid. Yet I purchased these because they have lids and I wanted to be able to put things on top of them in my fridge. An unfitting lid defeats the purpose. All the others fit fine... just the smallest one, which we use so often for rice.... otherwise I love them! ... show more

I bought this set for a bridal shower gift because I have a set and love them. They are very colorful and go with any dishes. They have very study lids. They has a rubber or silicone pad on the bottom so your dish does not slip on the counter. The bride LOVED them!

    • How fresh everything stays in these mixing bowls
I love these mixing bowls..I have 2 sets..the lids are a little hard to put on and get off ..but I believe thats why everything stays so fresh in these bowls and last way longer than other storage..fruit and salad mix last twice as long as others..I have quite a collection of pioneer woman kitchenware and love it all..and they're so pretty too ... show more
