It works for my boat. I have (5) 5gal cans that I use to top off my 90gal boat tank with non ethanol gas. The boat is kept on a lift so this method is much less expensive than stations on the water. You have to get the gas can up high to get it started and in hindsight the 1/2 tube probably would have been easier...but no, I had to get the fatter one for more speed!! Used it a couple of times now to transfer gas from 7.5 gallon containers to our pontoon boat. The siphon has worked great so far. Just a couple of jiggles with the brass end in the container and the gas was flowing into the boat. The 3/4 inch hose really moves the gas fairly quickly.

This siphon hose really works. Inserted it into a 5-gallon gas can, gave it a couple of push/pulls, and the gas started flowing. The 3/4-inch-ID hose moves plenty of fluid.

Doesn’t work, so don’t waste your money!!! We just tried it out and missed the deadline to return, which seems ridiculous for something that doesn’t work to have a return deadline!!!
