This product is great for a home gym. I’m slowly working on building my equipment and want to be strategic in what I get to save on space. This product is lightweight and super easy to snap on a weight. It took no time at all and made my sumo squats easier to grip. Would recommend this item.

They're good for turning your dumbbells into kettlebells. But I also use them for barbell rows. I have a little bit of a guy that prevents me from getting a full range of motion on BB rows. I slap a pair of these on my barbell and BOOM!

These are great quality, they are secure and hold up to 50lbs which is a decent weight for a kettlebell actually. got them because we saw them in shark tank…and compared to others by reading reviews…let’s just say you don’t wanna be guessing if they’ll fly through the wall while you’re working out.
