This formulation helps improve skin texture, reducing the appearance of fine lines. How often should I use Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner? The Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution can be used once daily ideally in your PM routine. If you are new to chemical exfoliants or direct acids, it’s recommended to start with 2-3 times a week, slowly increasing frequency as your skin builds tolerance. Can I use Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner with other acids or retinoids? Do not use the Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution with other direct acids (like salicylic acid) or strong retinoids in the same routine, as it increases the risk of irritation. Alternate or use one set of formulations in the AM and the other in the PM. Is Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner suitable for all skin types? We do not recommend using this formulation on sensitive, peeling, or compromised skin. If you have concerns about sensitivity, consider doing a patch test before full application. Believe the hype! It's true! I read about this on BuzzFeed. Then I read through the copious reviews singing this products praises. I have used & continue to use many Ordinary products (hyaluronic acid & niacinamide) and have found that they do a commendable job for the price. So marrying the fantastic reviews with the great brand meant that trying this glycolic acid was a no-brainer. The bottle is substantially larger than the other Ordinary products. The top can be adjusted to dispense the perfect amount of product. The directions say to use a cotton vall or clean hands. I opted for my hands to reduce waste in both product and cotton balls. While the product didn't affect my hands, I can say that I felt a mild tingling on my freshly cleansed face. I felt that there was definitely some positive impact happening! I followed with my favorite retinol, snail serum and then a PM moisturizer. I repeated this routine for about 3 days when my neighbor remarked how fresh and dewy my skin appeared. Why, thank you! So of course I ran inside after our convo to see what she was seeing...DAAAANG! Now for true and genuine reference, I'm not trying to reverse aging. I might be trying to slow the process but I'm not a cosmetic procedure gal - NOT THERE'S ANYTHING WRONG with that!! NO judgement on my part. I have crazy skin after my child was born; cystic acne, melasma, fresh wrinkles and laugh lines. Thee literal and figurative trifecta of facial derm issues 🫩😮💨 It is what it is. I should probably see a dermatologist for a retinol Rx but...time and money... I have very fair, delicate skin and this has made such a difference with postpartum discoloration, especially on my underarms and groin area. It helped even out my complexion much faster than I expected and my skin looks so much brighter and smoother now. It does sting a little when you apply it, but that’s normal since it’s exfoliating, and the feeling doesn’t last long. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts forever. i bought it because i have crazy strawberry skin and tbh, i see a positive difference on my skin. my skin looks more smoother and has way less hypopigmentation than before. i used it for a month on and off, but the results are nice. my strawberry skin didn’t completely go away but it’s faded to where it looks nicer when i wear shorts. it helped my arms more than my legs tbh. also ps. don’t put this on after shaving… lol. it burns. ... show more

I have had eczema/ contact dermatitis on my body and really bad for the past two years on the back of my ankle , it hurt and was so itchy every single day it was inflamed. I have used this for exactly five days and I can’t believe it has almost totally gone away. I’m shocked. I read reviews saying how good this was for healing skin but I’m beyond amazed. No more red and inflamed itchy skin. Not to mention my face looks great. I’ve always had problems with blemishes on my chin and they are almost gone. This is a great product.     • Oily Skin and Strong BO Destroyer!

I am so glad this is so reasonably priced - for how powerful and effective this product is, I can't believe it's so inexpensive! I learned about this stuff from a Reddit thread on how to mitigate strong BO. I've had huge hormonal shifts since having a baby and having thyroid issues, and even clinical strength deodorant wasn't cutting it anymore. Someone on a Reddit thread said they applied this to the under arms and then would apply deodorant, so I tried it and it WORKED! I was so impressed at how quickly it killed my strong body odor, that I decided to try its other applications. I started incorporating it into my face cleanse at night. The first couple of times I put it on my face, it did sting. I have sensitive skin so I almost stopped using it, but very quickly, it stopped stinging (maybe 3 days?). I had a seriously bad breakout after a few days and thought it caused it, but then read with chemical exfoliation, what's lying under the other skin layers comes up and is then cleansed. After this initial flare up, my skin calmed down and it has been the clearest I've seen it since hitting puberty. I have very oily skin and have been dealing with recurrent acne every Summer, even in my mid-thirties. This is the ONLY thing that has consistently made my skin clear. My skin cannot "get used to it" like with other skin care products, it just works. If you have oily, acne prone skin, strong BO, or build up on your scalp, this may be your game changing product like it has been for me! ... show more
