Pack seems nice, good quality material, zippers, reflectives. The only issue I had is the color. The TNF White Metallic Melange color in the picture looks bright white, however upon receipt the color is more of a silvery gray than a white. This was meant as a gift for someone who wants a white bookbag, and there is zero amount of explaining that would convince them that this is actually white even though North Face calls it white. I imagine the flash used in taking the photos is distorting the true color... as there is little contrast between the panels of the bag and the piping/accents. Attached picture is more accurate. Ultimately returned and will continue looking.

I have an hp pavilion and i thought this bag might fit it, it’s a tight squeeze and i can fit one two inch binder in it after a bit of shaking my bag and shoving it in… it’s great for high school but doesn’t fit my college items in it very well

I’m hoping this review will help another person — this backpack is much smaller than I had anticipated (that’s what I get for not double checking the size, *face to palm*. I can barely fit a Chromebook with a case and a binder in here without it looking like it’s about to burst. Add some text books in addition to the Chromebook and binder? No way! Not going to fit. I feel like this backpack is useless when it comes to functionality in school. Can’t even fit a lunch box in it. It’s cute and stylish, but when it comes to being functional it’s awful. Get a bigger size if you’re wanting it to be useful for school!
