I had a few of these years ago but moved to Florida and got rid of them. Well… decided to move back north and need something cozy and warm. I am 4’11, 128lbs, 32FF and I ordered the medium. It is a little loose (but not baggy) and the sleeves are a little long (but I have very short arms lol) so I am happy with the fit. I think small would’ve been too snug in the chest. In the past these types of jackets did not wash/dry all that great, the fabric texture would get weird, so I am hoping that doesn’t happen with this one. The ones I had previously had open pockets, this one has zippered pockets so that’s nice. The pockets are also pretty large, I can fit my phone, keys, and wallet in there no problem. ... show more

I love these fuzzy north face jackets and I needed a new one so I ordered one. Fit delivered when it said it would and I was so excited to open it. When i opened it there was a small rip in the plastic bag it was in but I just thought you know things happen not that big a deal. I get the jacket out and I saw a stray hair and was trying not to think the worst and was hoping it just fell off the sweater I was wearing and when I unfolded the jacket and there was a big clump of hair that was in the fold of the jacket. Definitely not something I was looking forward to seeing and I can’t even get a replacement jacket unless I were to refund the jacket and order a new one. And since the only reason I bought this jacket was because it was on sale I’d have to pay full price to get a new one and I won’t even have it for when I need it. The jacket does seem to be in good condition and is really nice and soft and fuzzy but the clump of hair was not really what I wanted to spend my money on. ... show more
