This is the seventh pair of TNF ULTRA’s I’ve owned in the past 15 years and am very happy with fit and wear. Yes, they are cheaper in materials but not quality. The sole holds up to my expectations and DRYVENT is ok for being water resistant (not waterproof as Goretex). All my clothing from TNF has been five stars except shoes produced between 2020-21. Didn’t mater if they were Hedgehogs or Ultras as the pandemic affected their quality and then there was the FutureLight problem. Now, North Face is back on-track making fantastic functional clothing for men and women who love the outdoors but hate to be cold and wet.

I was looking for something to work with and use on a daily basis, and I was recommended the North face, ultra 112 and I thought it was really good, super resistant and comfortable, it really met all my expectations. it has a slightly large shape, I normally wear 81/2, 9 depending on the model, in this case the 9 came a little bigger, if you like a shoe that is a little tighter to your feet I recommend getting the 81/2 but I highly recommend it the purchase .

These shoes are nice to wear and conform to the foot. I really like them. The Downside is after an old man (me) mulching a 2 x 8 feet raised bed and another about 3 times as large. This is how my shoes looked after and I had only had them a month or less. So, I had to return them. They're a beautiful shoe for comfort albeit a hot shoe during summer, as-well. Tailored to The Worker; The Athlete; The Hiker & Walker. It's a comfortable shoe to wear.
