Great all-round shoe. Good tread for hiking, trails etc. but light enough for around town errands. And good-looking too. I have another pair of these (blue w/pink laces) but I really like this shoe in the all-black too. Wish they had more colors!

These were amazing from the first lace up. No break-in time needed at all. I typically wear a size 10, but occasionally can get by with a 9 1/2. Wear medium width. Ordered a size 10. Felt a little extra roomy, but no sliding on heel and no discomfort. Plantar fasciitis is an issue for me, but these seem supportive w/o being over the top. Best fit of any shoes in my memory and I’m kind of old. 🤣 Like the style of them and I got them for a great price, in my opinion.

These shoes fit true to size, I sometimes size up a half-size for running and activewear shoes but these fit my regular size with just the right amount of room in the toe box. Great support and the blue color is a little more vibrant than the photo, this is not a dark navy blue. I bought these shoes for traction while walking my dog in the forest preserve and the sole is substantial but also has some flex that allows stickiness to the pavement when my dog pulls at his leash. The design makes my feet look smaller, so cute!

I was disappointed with these shoes for a few reasons: CONs: 1. They were a little larger and wider than expected. I ordered them the same size as my previous North Face shoes, but they were slightly larger and wider than my old ones. The style is a different style, so I took that into account, but I still went with the measurement suggested, and they were a little big. 2. Because of the off putting size, they didn't support my feet as I would need them to while hiking or running. 3. I need arch support and while they did have some arch support, they didn't help well enough and I had some sensitivity issues. Again, I was choosing these because of a previous style from North Face, so I was comparing shoes from the same company and hoping they would continue to work for me, but the style was just different enough that they didn't fit my needs. PROs: They are a very good quality shoe. My experience may not be the same for someone else. Just be aware of the width issue. (I do have a wide foot, but these were a little too wide for me.) They seem to be very well made. They were sturdy and felt solid to stand on when I tried them on. I gave them three stars because they are a very good quality, but they didn't work well for me size wise or support wise. I do not dismiss the quality of this shoe, only my experience with the fit.
