Update: I’ve been using the serum 2x/day for over a month now. It feels really nice smoothing onto the skin, but I’m still not sure how it performs. I am considering ordering another to have on hand for when this one runs out (which will be a surprise, as there is no telling how much is left in the container with this). Sometimes I think I see improvements, and other times I only see how much still needs to be done, but it has only been a little over a month and most products take longer than that to begin to work. Original review: Just received this Inky List Tranexamic Acid yesterday, and I was really looking forward to using it. The first time I tried though, I pumped and pumped…and pumped some more, and nothing was coming out. I switched hands, I put it down on the counter and used my palm, I almost asked my husband to take a turn pumping. I thought it was just because it was new and took a while to fill the straw inside with product. I finally got a little bit out for an application last night. This morning when I went to apply again, the same thing happened. I pumped it for what seemed like forever, to only get the tiniest amount out. The package is fully sealed, so there is no way to take it apart and scoop the product out, and the packaging is opaque so you can’t possibly tell how much is actually in there. The box was sealed with a sticker when it arrived, so I assumed it was new. If this is how it’s going to go, I will never purchase again, regardless of how good the product is. Hopefully I can update soon that the pump gets its kinks out and begins working as it should.

Most packages have a fair amount of usable product that you can't get out. When this product stopped pumping, I opened the end of the bottle. It contained a very small amount... a little blob about the size of a pencil eraser. With this package, you can get very close to ALL of the product with no effort. I won't bother to open the current bottle when it quits pumping. Update: I did open the subsequent bottle when it quit pumping. It had NO product remaining. None. At all. I do not plan to open future empty bottles.

I’m 48 and have developed some dark spots on my forearms. My bestie said she saw this product recommended on TikTok to fade dark spots. I took before pics and have been applying a pea size amount morning and night as directed. I’ll definitely update with pics if it works.

There was no point to this. I used almost the entire bottle but saw no reduction in hyperpigmentation and it just smelled like putting smoked salmon on my face. Lol. Save ya money!
